Meeting You

Chapter 10:

Avery's P.O.V:

" Thank you for taking me out. I had a lot of fun."

" For a girl that's scared of rollercoasters, I had fun to."

" It's not funny.. But maybe I'll see you around?"

"Yea, We'll see each other for sure."

" I-If anything you can call me when you get home."

" As you wish Avery, I will." Suddenly Dylan pulled me into an embrace. W-What?! I put my arms around him and he pulled me close.... Wow he's great. We've stayed there for about a good minute and he finally let go. He started heading toward his car, for a minute I thought he tripped. I unlocked the door and bolted up the stairs before my mom could say anything. My mother is the coolest because I can have any type of conversation with her and she won't judge me about. It was pretty funny because, Nicole acts my age, literally like the One Direction song I love so much. I shut my bedroom room and changed into my usual gym shorts and t-shirt. I wanted to call him... But sleep was taking over me, I tried to shut my eyes for a little bit but that didn't work and I passed out.

The next morning was a total drag I didn't really pay any attention, it's not like a total idiot like half the people in my damn school. Thank god it was finally the end of the day I quickly ran down the steps without falling down the stairs and grabbed my navy-blue hoodie. Sadly Brittany had a doctors appointment so half of my classes were depressing, while Hannah had to stay after school for a detention.. Only Hannah but hey I love her.

I ended walking with Aaron who was literally my gay best friend, after about 45 minutes slowly walking we headed our separate ways. I put my earbuds on and started listening to Tonight Alive. What I love about my group of friends is we have a very awesome similar taste of music and we always share our music with each other. As I'm walking along I see a group of guys standing by the elementary school " What a bunch of assholes." I thought to myself blasting my music and kept on walking. It's funny how people think that they're better than everyone else and top shit. But in all honesty I can see right through the bullshit but unlike my friend Hannah I'm the person that keeps to themselves, yea she says I shouldn't hold back but at the same time I'm afraid of starting something or say the wrong thing.
Suddenly I felt hands go on my shoulders I turned around to punch the person but then I realized it was Dylan. Noooo I wasn't ready I feel bad .

" Did you just try to punch me!?" Dylan laughed. I tried to hold in my laugh but I ended up busting out laughing. Oh my god his voice cracked a little bit!

" W-Well don't sneak up on me then idiot!" I laughed out.
" You shouldn't have had your music so damn loud. I'm surprised your not deaf yet. "
" What?"
" Like I said."
" Fine I'm going home then!"
" I was just kidding, look I want you to meet some people quick." I walked across the street and yea I definitely take back what I said about these guys cause they seems pretty cool. I figured out there personalities Danny was the goofy one, Nick was the calm and laid back one, and Matt was the shy one. They all were so different but that's what brought them together, a lot like how me and my friends are.

" Well my friends were gonna meet up at my house is. If you guys want you guys can come over, I mean if it's alright with you's." I said shyly playing with my earbuds. I was determined to get to know them including Dylan of course.

" Yea we would like too!" Matt said giving me a smile. Jesus they were all freaking adorable.

We made it to my house and unlocked my door when my mom was watching The Fosters sitting down on the couch. Please don't in embarrass me.

" Hey honey.. Who are your friends Avery?" My mom cheerfully cooed. It's too late now I can't stop her.

" M-Mom this I'd Dylan, Matt, Nick and Danny. The girls are coming over soon anyway." I stuttered I can hear the boys chuckling behind me.

" I'm Nicole and I'll make something awesome for you guys." My mom introduced herself and danced her way into the kitchen. She does this every time when Aaron and the girls come over and NOW the boys this is the best moment of my life >~<

I walked into the kitchen to scold my mother but she raised her eyebrow and smirked at me. I'm in for it now.

" Is the one that's looking at the pictures your boyfriend?" I gasped and looked to see Dylan and looked back at my mom.
" N-No."

" So you like him? Avery I'm not dumb I can tell when your lying and when you like a boy. It's the cutest thing ever!"

I really don't understand why everyone thinks my mom is cool sometimes.
