A chance

Y/n's Pov

     I got up early today and decided to make Taehyung breakfast in bed. Yes, the hotel room has its own kitchen. I'm not sure why. But, anyway, back to breakfast. I make pancakes for him and arrange them on a plate with syrup. I proceed to the bed, where Taehyung is currently tightly clutching my pillow. I placed the tray on a side table. Let's catch him off guard.

Taehyung's Pov

        I feel someone lightly kiss my cheeks, open my eyes slowly, and see Y/n smiling at me. This is certainly unusual. "Good day, sleepy head. I cooked you pancakes." She says this while planting a kiss on my cheek. "Hello and good morning." "I have to tell you something after I eat." As she places the tray on my lap, I nod, wondering what she wants to tell me. It appears to be delicious.

I finish the pancakes quickly and take a shower. As I walk into the room, I notice Y/n standing on the balcony. She looks stunning. I approach her and hug her from behind "You appear to be in a good mood today. What exactly do you want to tell me?" I ask.

   "Was what you said during the task true, Taehyung? Do you seriously love me?" She asks as she turns to face me. "I know it's too soon, but I do adore you, Y/n. I can't imagine myself with anyone other than you, but why are you asking me about this now?" I respond by stroking her cheeks. "I-I like you, Taehyung." Is this a dream? Did she just tell me she likes me? I've been waiting to hear from her on this.

"I'd like to give us a chance." She went on. She's open to giving us a chance. Oh god!!!! Thank you, a lot.... I consider myself to be the luckiest man on the planet. I'm grinning from ear to ear like a fool.

      "Really!!!" she nods, giggling. I hugged her and spun us around. "Thank you so much!! Thank you for this chance." She leans in and kisses my cheeks. "Let's go, Tae bear, we're running late." "Tae bear huh," I tease her. "Shut up, you enjoy it." "I admit it," I say. "Come on, we're off." I nod after her and pick her bridal style as we walk down the corridor. "OMG Taehyung put me down." She squeals with delight. "No." I keep walking towards the elevator.

(Y/n's outfit)

(At the shooting destination)

         We arrive at the filming location, and I choose Y/n bridal style as she continues to scold me. "Taehyung put me down. The entire crew is staring at us to put me down." As she buries her face in my neck. "Allow them to stare." She lets out a sigh.

            (Next place of filming)
           
I placed her down beside me, her hand in mine. "Let's get started," Jung says. "Hello and welcome to Love Puzzle. Mr. Kim and Y/n won the challenge the last time. Let's see who does it this time. Today is the second bond challenge test, and the boys will be standing on a plank above the water with a bell in their hands. We'll ask the ladies some questions about your partner. You ring the bell if you believe your girl has the correct answer. Girls, if you answer correctly, you get a point; if you answer incorrectly, your guy is dumped into the water. Let's see how well you know your love." Jung Hoon elaborates. We nod as the girls stand beside Jung and boys stand on the plank, holding the bell.

Y/n's Pov

      "Let us begin. So, what is your boyfriend's astrological sign? "Taehyung is the first to ring the bell. "Yes, Y/n, please tell us the answer." Jung asserts. "It's Capricorn," I announce confidently. "With the correct answer Y/n, you get a point." Taehyung smiles at me, and I nod.

"The second one. He has how many siblings?" Taehyung rings first once more. "Two. He has two brothers." "Again, correct answer. One point"

       Finally, Taehyung and I won again. We're returning to the hotel. My phone rings, and I see on the caller ID that it's Sana. "Hello, I saw the episode. You two are adorable together. I wish you two were together." "Actually, I decided to give him a chance." "Wait really! It's amazing. When is the date?" "Sana, he hasn't asked for a date yet." "Oh, no problem, he'll be there soon. Just let me know when that happens." "Sure thing. In any case, how are you and Jungkook?" "We're fine. Anyway, bye, and don't worry, the cafe is doing great." "Ok bye."

"Was that Sana?" Taehyung inquires. I nod.

(After Reality show ends. On Sunday)

        The reality show was finally over after three weeks, and we are both back to our normal routines. I'm currently in the cafe kitchen while Taehyung sends me a message.

T- Come out of the kitchen.

What is he trying to accomplish? Everything goes black, and I realize it's a blindfold. "Just walk forward Y/n," says Sana. As she leads me somewhere, I begin to walk.

        She comes to a halt and removes the blindfold. When I turn around, all I see is darkness. Suddenly, all of the lights turn on. Sana, Jungkook, Jimin, Yoongi, and Taehyung's brothers are standing in front of me, strangely smiling and pointing behind me.

When I turn around, Taehyung is standing there with a bouquet of roses. As he hands me the flowers, I find myself speechless. He gets down on his knees and takes my hand in his. "Will you go on a date with me?" he asks. I hug him tightly and nod without hesitation. "Yes," we turn to face them after hearing claps from behind.

        I am overjoyed right now. "Yay! my bestie has a date and probably a boyfriend," Sana pulls me into a hug. I just roll my eyes at her creativity.

I have my bestie with me who is dating Taehyung's friend, and I have a date with the man I really like.
