We took off our t-shirts and shorts, leaving us with our underclothes on. She smiled at me as she took my hand and ran toward the water. The cool spray felt refreshing as we splashed each other. She rushed over and pushed my head into the water, giggling as I wrapped my arms around her legs and threw her over my shoulder.

"RIKER ANTHONY LYNCH! YOU BETTER PUT ME DOWN!" She yelled while laughing uncontrollably.
"This is what happens when you try to drown me!" I laughed.

I heard a couple of leaves crunching under a person's feet. I quickly shoved my hand over Cassie's mouth and put her down quietly. I looked into her eyes, hoping that she would understand. I led her behind a giant rock that sat in the middle of the creek. The footsteps got closer to the edge of the creek. Cassie pressed her face into my chest and wrapped her arms around my waist. She was trying not to lose it.

"I know you guys are out here. I will find you eventually. Don't even think of trying to take off tonight, I'll be out here, waiting for you." He said. His voice was cold, and it cut like a knife.

When we were certain that he was gone, we gathered our clothes and ran quietly back to the cave.

"Riker, we need to think of what we are going to do. He and his creepy friends will be out here every night until they find us. We can't get caught."
"I know. Its okay, we will figure out something soon. I don't think he knows about the cave, so let's stay put. We gathered enough berries and water to last us for a while, correct?"
"I'd say about a weeks' worth." She replied.
"Tell me about the story that Ross told you before we left." I smiled, trying to get her mind off of the situation we were in.
"Oh, yeah! Well he was telling me about all the embarrassing things he has done while on the sets for Teen Beach Movie and Austin & Ally. They were all pretty funny." She smiled.
"Did he tell you about the time that I told Grace Phipps that he was in love with her and she acted super awkward around him for like a week until he figured it out?"
"That is so terrible, Riker! Was he really in love with her?" She asked.
"No, not at all, and she only saw him as a friend. She didn't want to hurt his feelings so she just acted strangely. He would come back to the hotel room so confused. It was hilarious."
"You're such a horrible person!" she laughed.
"So then why are you friends with me?" I joked.
"It's because you're famous. Oh, and the hair. Totally the hair." She winked.
"I think it's because you saw me in just my underwear today. You've been waiting for the moment this whole time, haven't you?" I smirked.
"That's the only reason, for sure!" she replied sarcastically, rolling her eyes.
"Let's get some sleep."
She rested her head on my chest and fell asleep instantly. I wasn't as lucky. Insomnia had taken over at the worst possible time.
