The night was electric. Just me, my siblings, and our best friend, Ellington Ratliff, playing another mind blowing show. I could feel the music pulsing through my veins. It was another pivotal moment in my career. Another moment where I knew that I was exactly where I needed to be.
There was one girl in the crowd who particularly caught my attention. She was on my side of the stage, hardcore jamming out. She was dancing and laughing, her hair flying everywhere. She had long blonde hair with one blue streak behind her side bangs. My eyes kept flashing over to her, not only was she visibly having fun, but I couldn't keep my eyes away from her hair. It was gorgeous, even when it was all over the place. She noticed me staring and smiled at me, I couldn't help but smile back. She continued to rock out, and at the end of the show, I threw her my towel. She winked at me as her friends went ballistic, and I winked back. She turned to her friends and let them hold my towel one by one, while guiding them to the door. I rushed outside to see if I could catch her, and fortunately I made it just in time. All of her friends were already in the car and she was just stepping in the drivers seat.

"Hey, wait!" I called out.
She turned around and her jaw dropped.
"Aren't you.... Riker...? Is that right?" She asked in disbelief.
"Um, yeah. Were you previously an R5 fan before tonight?" I asked.
"Actually, no. I hadn't heard of you guys, but my friends, it turns out, are huge fans and asked me to come. I thought it couldn't hurt, and I was right. You guys are awesome." She smiled.
"It was great having you. Did you like my towel?"
"Of course, but I don't know if I'll get it back." She winked as she turned around to her car full of friends.
"I like your hair." I blurted out randomly.
"Oh, um, thanks!" She replied with a smile.
"My favorite color is blue, so that's the reason." I laughed.
"It's mine too, wow! Great minds think alike, I guess!" She smiled.
"I guess so!"
"Well, I guess I should go. You should probably be getting back inside and I don't want to hold you up. Plus, my friends are going to want to know what you were talking to me about. I'm Cassie, by the way." She giggled.
"Cassie, I like that. Hey, before you go, here's my number. We should hang out sometime!" I replied nervously, handing her a little slip of paper that I had scrawled my number on quickly before running out to find her.
"Thanks! I'll be in touch!" She smiled as she stepped back into her car.

I waved to her as she left, chuckling to myself as her friends stared at me with wide eyes and dropped jaws.
