Dating had married Rossbella right after high school. He never knew why when he tried to explain it. He just did it and worked to get a degree. She had shown him not all of life revolved around looks. It sometimes revolved around making those who love you proud, so he worked to make that happen.
Thankfully he succeeded it many man times.
So much so that he though his life was his happily ever after. Especially when he got a job teaching at ever after high. It only got better when their child was born. He thought nothing could go wrong. That is until the dragon game accident happened when his duaghter was about one year.
He had been there with his wife. He had run into duchess swan. Then next thing he knew the babysitter was calling them. He had told his wife and remembered everything she said. She said, "you go and I can watch I know how much you wanna see what's going on in this game...i mean it's just a game love you won't miss much."
And with that he went to call the babysitter back. His daughter had begun waddling and he d remember the pride racing through his body. That is until the flames started. When the dragon had gone hay wire, the first place that had caught on fire was where they were sitting.
Rossbella had died instantly.
The world darkened from there. He got very over protective of his little girl, the last little bit he had of his wife. He remembered clinging to her in the middle of the night when he used to have dreams about his wife's death. He remembered nuzzling her all over when she first said mommy and refusing to let go for a while.
It took him forever to start dating again. He thought his wife would never forgive him if he did. Yet, he remembered when he started again.
His little girl Pearl turned four, she was practicing for a play where she was snow whites mother. Dexter was helping her practice when his daughter turned, looked her dad dead in the eye and asked for her own mommy like snow whites had been. One to braid her hair instead of one that sleeps in the ground every day.
That was the day he moved on. He knew Ross wouldn't want their daughter thinking her mom wanted nothing to do with her. She needed a mom who would be there and love her.
He dated around going through 6 women. One of which cheated on him which took a year to heal from. However only 2 of them met his daughter. And those ones parted with him on good terms.
Yet, after the whole cheating event with the last one he took a break. On the anniversary of his wife's death that year, his brother dragged him to a bar. It was odd, he knew but he went to forget his issues. He went and was the only out out of all the men to stay sober. Which gave him a few good videos.
It also gave him the night he meet his current women once again, Cersei hood. He had been sitting across the table when her boyfriend had walked out on her saying he didn't want any kids. Of course the poor women was crying her heart out so he did what Rossbella would have done and went over aks it if she needed help. Turns out the ásshat had just kicked her out of the apartment too and left her with no where to go.
So once again he did what Rossbella had taught him to do and was kind. He offered her a place to stay. From there you can guess where it went.
"I still don't know how you got so luck and had such a great life." Faybell sighed leaning against the wall with him. He just smiled happily watching his women dance and act like the beautiful women she grew up to be.
"Oh trust me my luck hasn't run out yet. If anything I have a lot of it." He smiled watching his proud women just dance with her friends.
"How do you know that?"
"Because I have her..."
"Maybe it's a bit of Rossbella workings. You know she wouldn't want your daughter to grow up without a mom. If anything she would want a confident role model in her life. And Cersei is the most confident women here." Faybell smiled. "Maybe finding her again on that date we her Wha of saying you can move on."
