𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃𝐍'𝐓 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐅𝐘 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 𝐀𝐒 𝐀 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐑. She thought no one can, it was not like being a heartbreaker was an enviable personality trait but it was something done to her by almost everyone that ever walked into her life. Starting with her father who only cared about how elegantly she put herself out there so that one of the eligible Princes would like her and have some sort of an allegiance with their country.

Merely stopping by with her siblings and how either of them couldn't care less about her or how she would feel towards their utter neglection. Needless to say, accepting love and happiness was not in Evangeline's blood, she went through enough to tell her that love could be for anyone but herself and she never doubted that thought.

Now she needed to step up from being the heartbroken little girl to the ruthless heartbreaker. Evangeline, no matter how much she couldn't understand love, valued relationships for that much, Meaning, she would never cheat on someone, lead them on, or take advantage of them. She wouldn't want to do what happened to her, countless times, to anyone else. She chose to be honest, something she wished other people could have given her.

The redhead had been in an on and off relationship with Lucien Castle ever since forever, the off part being her inability to stay happy and satisfied for too long. He, however, fought for her harder than anyone might have, accepted her for who she was, handled her mood swings, and he was the most perfect boyfriend anyone could ever have.

Which most would think must work for his favour but it didn't. It just made Evangeline think of all the ways he could break her heart if he wanted to and how much control he had over her, a lot less then she had over him but that was not the point.

Lucien Castle was good to her, more than good, in fact, they were perfect together, he would bring down the stars for her if she wanted it but lately, all that she has been feeling towards him was neutrality, nothingness, and absolute boredom. He didn't do anything to raise such emotions as they were exploring a new country every week, having absolute fun but ever since they have been to New Orleans to assist the Originals in the prophecy of their awaited most certain doom...Evangeline had felt old feelings resurfacing towards the Original Hybrid and she knew it wasn't fair for her boyfriend.
