Maryse Lightwood

Izzy had the fabulous idea to get her mother for help.

I didn't know her and from what I heard, she is supposed to be pretty strict. 

Izzy called her and we met her in front of a shopping mall.

She ran towards Izzy and Alec and hugged both of them tight. "Thank the angels, you are alright! What happened? You said it's important."

"Mom, it is important. Kaitlyn, a new nephilim, went missing in her flat. We need every help we can get." Izzy said.

Maryse nodded and looked into my direction. "And who are you?"

Alec took over the talking. "That's Lily, her parabatai."

With a sudden move Maryse grabbed Alec by the ear and pulled him down. "You let two CHILDREN alone in the world full of shadows and demons."

He cringed. "Yeaaaah, we shouldn't have done that. But they were so exhausting... Well, Lily was. Kaitlyn is alright. She's really nice actually."

I raised my hand like back at school. "Nice to meet ya. I'm the bad parabatai. So we should really go and search for my better half."

Luke glared at Maryse and smiled. He tried to flirt. I kicked him with my ellbow. "Excuse you, werewolf. Could you please stop flirting and just help me find K? I will pay for a room for you and the love of your life afterwards, if it's that what you want."

Maryse blushed.

And with that we (Simon, Alec, Jace, Meliorn, Maia, Magnus, Clary, Luke, Isabelle, Maryse and I) continued our journey.
