4 years later.

Noriaki leaned over the railing around the deck of the little private hut that had been his home for the past week. It was one of those that was on stilts out over the water. The ocean breeze ruffled through his hair as he sipped his coffee, waiting for the sun to rise. The sunrises were absolutely beautiful here. He'd already painted it once and was sorely tempted to do so again. He had one more week of this peace before heading home to the insanity that would soon befall him. Not that he'd complain, this particular insanity had been his choice.

Arms circled around him from behind and a chin rested on his shoulder, followed by a deep sigh.

Noriaki smiled, "Good morning. Did I wake you?"

He felt the head shake.

"Want some coffee?"

Head shake.

"Breakfast?"

Head shake.

"Did you just get up to hug me?"

Nod.

Noriaki chucked and kissed the man's cheek, "You're so silly sometimes."

Grunt.

Noriaki sighed and went back to watching the sunrise. The last 4 years had seen many moments like this. Ever since the day he returned from his travels, Jotaro hadn't left his side. Hell, the man had barely waited 2 months before proposing. After finding out that Jotaro bought the ring on impulse before he even left for his travels, Noriaki was surprised he waited that long.

The wedding was a small but still grand event with family and friends from around the world. They'd chose to have an at home honeymoon since neither could think of a better place to be than with each other.

Jolyne had been thrilled that her daddy was marrying the mermaid. Her mother had taken a bit of convincing. Finding out her ex-husband was gay (though Jotaro argued he was bi if anything) had been a bruise to her ego after the several attempts she'd made to reconcile their broken marriage.

The years following the marriage were nothing short of perfect. Jolyne insisted on calling him papa Nori, though she still called him Timmy when she felt like picking with him. He and Jotaro were sickeningly in love, as Mr. Joestar often said.

No one would ever guess how much of a giant sap his husband could be. Noriaki was nothing if not spoiled, though he gave Jotaro the same treatment. They left cute little notes for each other, text often throughout the day, 'I love you' was the most said phrase in their house and Jotaro insisted on a date night each week. His excuse was they had over a decade to make up for.

Noriaki found work at the art gallery where he'd met Jolyne the first time and also did twice monthly art tutoring at the university where Jotaro now worked. He'd accumulated quite the collection of personal work over his 2 years of traveling and what pieces he or Jotaro hadn't chose to keep, sold at an art auction held by the gallery he worked for. Noriaki nearly fainted when he saw how much some of the pieces went for.

Then, just one year ago, Noriaki had shocked Jotaro by asking if he would be open to having another child. After several long talks and a lot of research, they settled on surrogacy. They found a woman through the Speedwagon Foundation and their child's due date was just over a month away. Since Jotaro had Jolyne, Noriaki was the biological father to their son.

They'd spent the last few months baby proofing the earth, at least according to Jotaro. Admittedly, Noriaki was far more nervous than the already experienced father. Their little vacation had come on Jotaro's insistence after finding Noriaki, crawling around the house, sterilizing the corner between the floor and walls with Clorox and q-tips. Jotaro hadn't actually called him insane (he knew better) but it had been heavily implied.

Jotaro still had to agree to having the whole house professionally cleaned prior to the baby's birth before Noriaki would agree to a vacation.

"What do you think of Jouta as a name?" Noriaki asked.

"Hmmm, the agreement was no baby stuff for 2 weeks."

"But Jojoooo..." Noriaki said.

"Jouta is fine. Now, vacation." Jotaro said, nibbling on Noriaki's neck, making him laugh. "What do you want to do today?"

"We're doing it now. Though, if you continue nibbling on me, I might be convinced to go back to bed. It is still early."

Jotaro let out a soft growl, "I can do that." He said, slowly spinning Noriaki around to face him. He pressed an ever deepening kiss to his husband's lips while his hands slid along the perfectly toned body until they reached his ass. One tight grip and lift later, Noriaki was completely wrapped around Jotaro, who slowly walked back into the small hut with the love of his life secure in his arms.
