Jasper's P.O.V

It had been hours since Edward and I had been sitting and waiting for our mates getting out of surgery, James had broken Bella's leg in two and she had lost a lot of blood and James had broken almost just about all of my mates ribs, I felt so helpless for not getting to her in time, but right now it was a waiting game for both Bella and Nat to wake up from surgery.

I destroyed the video camera and then called Charlie about how his daughters were in hospital because Edward and I tried to stop Bella and Nat from leaving Forks, so we bought them to our hotel only for Bella to trip going down the stairs when Nat tried to stop Bella from falling, only to fall down and both of them go out threw the window, but I didn't tell him the details until he got to the hospital.

I explained that Bella and Edward got into a big fight and Bella broke things off with Edward and I said that Nat and I just disagreed-ed on something and so Nat and I apologised to one another and made up.

I was currently sitting on the sofa in the hospital room where Nat was laying on the hospital bed, hooked up to the monitor, bandages around her torso, arms, wrist, thigh, stitches on her head, she was a real mess, she lost a lot of blood and she had been given a blood transfusion.

I watched her sleeping form, as she has been passed out for hours on end, Bella was also passed out and Edward was also with Bella waiting for her to wake up too.

"Hey." I hear a voice at the door and I looked to see who it was, only to see that it was Rose, she has a card and some flowers for Nat and I looked back at Nat.

"Hey Rose." I said as sigh leaves my mouth.

"Any change with Nat?" She asked while putting the card and flowers with the others from other people and I just shook my head as I looked down at the floor.

"I should have been with her, I should have been with her at the hotel." I said blaming myself.

"Jasper, you couldn't have known, Alice didn't even see Bella and Nat in the vision with James." Rose said as she sat next to me on the sofa.

"You seen Edward?" I asked her as I just watched Nat's heart monitor life line.

"Yeah, Bella just woke up and is talking with her mother." Rose said and then I heard foot steps coming this way.

"Someone's coming." I said as I leaned back into the sofa and with my hands in my pockets.

"Jasper right?" I heard a woman's voice and I looked up at the woman.

"Yeah, that's me." I said to the woman.

"I'm Natalia and Bella's mum, Renee." She said and I got up from my spot on the sofa and walked towards her, we shook hands and she was shocked at the touch of my hand being cold.

"Well it's nice to finally meet you Renee." I said to her and she gave me a smile and she walked over to Nat and sat on the chair next to her bed.

"How's Bella doing, Rose my sister said she woke up." I said as I sat back down next to Rose and Renee looked at Rose next to me.

"Yeah, she's awake and talking to her dad now I believe." Renee said and I just nod my head and I looked over to Rose and she got up and walked out of the room not saying anything.

"You and Edward love my daughter's don't you?" Renee asked and I looked at Nat.

"We do ma'am, very much." I said not looking away from my love.

"Well, from what I hear from Charlie and Nat, is that you sure do sound like a very great person, Charlie likes you, but I can't say for Edward after what happened at the hotel." Renee said and I sighed.
