24. Moving in.

I turned around to look at RM , and then Jungkook. They had same shocked expression as me. I could tell they felt scared. But to me this was going to be beyond scared. If what I am thinking is true, then we all will be in danger.

We are pretty close to building now.

"You two should go back. I will handle it here,"- I said, to my surprise my voice was calm.

"No. We both followed you to here and you are telling us to go back. Are you crazy."- RM whisper-yelled at me.

"I'm telling you to go back. Now. Please ."- I requested him.

"Noona, hyung is right we won't leave you alone here after hearing that scream. No way!"Jungkook protested.

"SHHH ! They might hear us."- I stopped him, he was kinda saying it out too loud.

"Okay let's go in. There is no one guarding this building."- RM said being brave.

"No I will go myself. since I had planned to come here. So I want you to leave."

"As if this is your territory."- RM scoffed.

"Please RM . You don't know anything. Just go ."

"And now I want to know what you know. So we can plan better to go inside."

I sighed defeated-"You're such a stubborn person. I'm afraid I myself don't know anything."

I facepalmed. But again the scream filled our ears. 

"Come on Noona. We don't want to waste time here. Let's go inside."

I nodded and motioned them to follow me.

We entered the building. First floor was empty and dark. I remember loving this place when we came here. 

We moved onto second floor. RM and Jungkook were beside me, I help their hands perhaps they were scared. This may comfort them. They hesitated for a bit but took it. This is empty too.

Now it's the third floor. I could hear some muffled voices now. We were going to climb the stairs for third level. But I stopped and turned around. They both gave me 'what happened look'

Only if I could tell you the truth behind all this. "Look we don't know what danger we will face up there. Since these two levels are empty here I'm sure something will be happening up there, on one of the levels above. So I hope you know how to defend yourself?"

Jungkook nodded, but RM was just staring. I sighed. 

"Look you got abs, and such a great power to break things by just touching, so I think this would be easy for you. Look, if someone tries to punch you on face , bend down to dodge it. And the second best place to attack someone is in the eyes. Okay. I'll spare details since there is no time for this. Be ready."- I said and they nodded.  

I took out my Rometty handgun and carefully we climbed up. I could feel cold damp air. We climbed stairs safely. But there were two guards. I motioned Jungkook and we both put a hand on their mouths and then I hit a spot in their head which makes people lose their senses. I just prayed God this should work.

Gladly, God heard my prayers and they both were down on floor instantly. They both looked at me. I whispered-"I told you that you don't know anything. Just be safe."

So there is no security at first and second floor. But its at third floor. It suddenly hit me, Yes ! There's only one person who would do that. No. But he was not going to come back.

I thought he was gone. For forever. 

RM turned me around, I was facing him now. All I could do was to wipe the tear away from my eyes. No I have to be strong for  now. 

He hugged me, I hugged him back tightly as if I'm afraid to lose him. No I don't want him to be in this mess. I pulled back from hug. But his hug gave me strength which I didn't knew made me bold . 

I pulled back from hug and nodded that I'm fine. We cannot take any chance to speak and get caught.

Again a scream gave me goosebumps. Without any further delay we went in direction of the sound. The door was just closed casually. There was slight dampness in air. Sure this building has got quite old.

I opened the door, the room was quite large. A pendant light hanging in middle was like  a spotlight focused on a person.

A person...
