the day i was running a bit late. natalie had already left!

i got to school and rushed into the bathroom. mikayla was already there, doing her make up.
"hey" she smiled.
"hi! whats up?" i asked:
"my mum got fucked again so i had to take my sister to school"
"oh man, im so sorry" i knew a lot about mikayla as we met in new york, then when i moved back here we bumped into each other"

"its okay, i'm 18 soon. i can fuck off with her and my boyfriend"
"aw that'll be so great!" i finished my simple ass make up, wished her luck and left.

i bumped into riker on the way and we shared a friend hug and headed to my locker. we'd been hanging out a lot more recently and it was nice.
"sooo...i took your advice! i asked out jenna!"

jenna.

"oh cool!" i stammered.
"and we're going on a date tonight!"
"b-but...we had plans..."
"i know and im sorry lena! but we can reschedule, right?"
"yeah whatever..."
"so i kinda need your help on how to impress her-"
"oh uh well i got a lot of homework. see ya though!"

i got to class and consulted ross and courtney.
"look...i wasn't supposed to tell you this but he talks about you a lot...i bet she's a coverup" ross said.
"he seems excited..." i trailed off.
"damn lena...youre really insecure" ross leaned over to hug me. "dont be. okay? if he's not the one, someone else will be"
"plenty of fish in the sea" courtney said.
"but what if i just want one?"

they both invited me back to ross' place after school. we played mario kart on the wii and had a really nice time, just talking and laughing. then riker and jenna walked in. jenna saw me and narrowed her eyes. "hey! this is jenna, my girlfriend" riker smiled at us.

we exchanged glances and turned back to the screen. "can i play?" jenna asked sweetly. we ignored her and carried on. "uhh guys?" riker chimed in.

"remotes are in the cabinet" i shrugged, as i threw a shell at ross.
"hey!" he exclaimed.
"give me the fucking remote" jenna hissed as she sat beside me, riker next to her.
"suck my dick" i got up and moved next to ross.
"i hate the air in here" i said to him.
"oh me too sis" he replied.

from the corner of my eye, i noticed riker giving us weird looks before he and jenna cuddled on the couch. he used to cuddle me like that.

"c'mon let's go swimming" ross said to courtney and i. we turned off the wii and headed outside. lucky i wore a bikini underneath. natalie and rocky ran outside to join us a few minuets later. soon enough ellington and rydel jumped in...but then riker and jenna came along. natalie was giving them mean looks then looked at me. she made vomiting noises, making me giggle.

i left the pool a little while later and took my time drying myself before i got changed. i sat in the living room on my phone before jenna came and sat with me.
"why are you here!?"
"im friends with everyone here?"
"stay away from riker! i know you like each other, honestly just back off!"
"girl please, i dont want him"
"i know you do but he would never want you"
"oh fuck off!"

at that moment riker walked in.
"lena! what the heck, back off!" he exclaimed. "god, i knew you'd get jealous!" he added.
"of what!?"
"me and her!? just leave her alone, what did she ever do to you?"
