It was currently the afternoon, three days after the party. The shock of his father's and BonHwa's death was still not settling in. Taehyung had but mindlessly following Jimin, not once talking.

Jimin glance back at his best friend, worried. After Jimin told him where they were heading, Taehyung had completely shut off. And in all honesty, Jimin was scared. He was scared that Taehyung would go numb.  But nonetheless, he had to stay strong for Taehyung.

"We'll take a five minute break." Jimin said as he looked around the area. He notice a small river in the distance and smiled. "Taehyung, there's a river over there. Let go wash up. We only have about an hour until we reach the mountain where the high priest lives."

Taehyung nodded his head.

Taehyung was like a doll. He would follow Jimin anywhere he went. He didn't speak a word either. He was still in shock. He was paralyzed. He really didn't know what to do. But one thing was for sure. Taehyung wanted revenge for his father's and BonHwa's death.

******

"This is the mountain." Jimin said as he shivered from the cold. Taehyung looked at the mountain in front of them. He had no idea how they would get to the top. "Don't look like that. I know a way to get up there."

Taehyung looked at his best friend for a long minute before nodding his head. Jimin chuckled before grabbing Taehyung's hand, pulling him to the path he knew so well.

As they were climbing up the mountain, memories flashed through Jimin's mind. He let out a sigh, with sad eyes. Jimin shook his head, not wanting to remember what happened the last time he was here.

Taehyung could tell something was bothering Jimin, but chose not to ask. If Jimin want him to know, then he would tell him.

As they climbed higher, the air became thinner. It was getting harder to breathe for Taehyung. He stopped walking to catch his breath. This mountain was really high up. Jimin notice Taehyung stopped, and turned around.

"Come on, we're almost there." Jimin said. He waited a little bit before reaching for Taehyung's hand. Taehyung and Jimin both started walking again.

*****

"Ah, we're finally here." Jimin said with a smile. Taehyung fell onto his back, trying to get air. Jimin looked down at him. "You alright"

"Do I.......look alright!" Taehyung huffed. Jimin chuckled at this. "Yah! Stop laughing!"

"He's right, Jimin. You shouldn't be laughing right now." A voice said. Jimin froze as he recognize the voice. Taehyung sat up and looked at who said that.

Jimin slowly turned around with a nervous smile. "Oh, hey Daewon hyung. Long time no see."

The man slapped Jimin on the back of his head. The man had black hair and light brown eyes. he was more on the shorter side, around 5'4, 5'5. he looked to be in his late twenties.

"Jimin-ah! You stupid boy! Leaving without saying anything to your hyung!" Daewon yelled as he kept hitting Jimin in the head.

"I'm sorry I'm sorry!"

"Huh?" Taehyung was confused. Did Jimin know this man? How did these two meet? And is he the high priest Jimin was talking about?

Daewon stopped hitting Jimin when he notice Taehyung standing quietly. He gave him a warm smile as he turned to face him. Je put his hands on his hips.

"Prince Taehyung, I'm glad you came."
Daewon said. "I'm sorry what happened to your father and BonHwa."

Taehyung was shocked that he knew about what happened. Surely news didn't spread that quickly? But then again, it is about the King and queen.

Taehyung just nodded.

"My name is Daewon, I'm the high priest in the Heart Kingdom." Daewon said with a small smile. "I'm very happy you could make it. However, you must be tired from you're journey. So for the rest of today, rest. And tomorrow we can talk."

Taehyung nodded once more. He didn't really know what to say. Jimin took Taehyung's hand and lead him to a house. Jimin slide a door open and pushed Taehyung in.

"Take a shower. I'll go and get clean clothes for you." Jimin said before shutting the door. Jimin let out a sigh. He was worried about Taehyung but now isn't the time. Now that they are with Daewon, he could hopefully give them some advice.

"Jimin." Daewon said when he saw him coming back from the bathroom. "How have you been."

"I'm fine, hyung." Jimin said and sat down next to Daewon. Jimin let out another sigh before looking up at the sky. "I don't know what to do at this point."

"That's ok, Jimin." Daewon said and looked at Jimin. "That Gods have a plan for you and Taehyung. So don't worry."

"Is this plan going to lead us to our deaths?"

"That depends." Daewon said and also looked up at the sky. "This plan could very well lead you to your deaths. However, it could also lead you to your future. A future that I would very much, like to see."

Jimin looked at Daewon who was smiling. Jimin also smile. He hoped that whatever this future that Daewon would like to see, is better then the present. But Jimin knew that he and Taehyung will have to follow the path that the gods want them to go down.

Jimin stood up, going to get clean clothes for Taehyung. Jimin knew that he could always trust what Daewon say. Because Daewon is a high priest, who's job is to give guidance to people and communicate with the gods.
