Giving chase!?

I put my hands on my knees and huffed "DAMN IT GIOVANNA!!!"

"Woah there (Name), calm down" Anna said.

"Calm down? I was just robbed! How can I calm down!?"

"Relax! This guy is supposed to join the gang, right? You can just get it from him then."

I stoped to think for a moment "yeah, that's an option. But not one I'm gonna take right now!"

"You clearly can't run to catch up with him, how are you gonna get to him now?"

"Oh Anna, have you forgotten about Shimiji here?" I asked as I dug though my bag.

"I haven't forgotten, but how can she give chase? If you're not aware, her wings are clipped, I doubt she can fly very high or far enough."

"Of course I'm aware, but it seems you have forgotten something" I said as I took out another bottle, some thread and two paper cranes "she has a stand too."

I took the thread, wrapped and tied one end around the neck if the bottle and tied the other end to the neck of one of the cranes. This crane was larger than the other one, about the size of my hand, so it could support the possible weight difference of the bottle. Once I was done, I had Shimiji bite both of their wings and they changed form.

"Have the cranes track down Giorno. When they find him, have the small one come back to let me know while the bigger one follows him" I told my bird, hoping to the heavens that she could understand.

She chirped as they quickly took off. For paper cranes, they were fast. I got up and started to jog towards the general area that I last saw him. After about 5 minutes, the tiny crane came back.

"Found him?" I asked the tiny crane as it circled my head "alright then" I took out another small bottle and called out Genie again.

I didn't think about how high the crane would be flying so when the mist cleared, i was about two stories in the air above Giorno.

"Uh oh, OH SHIT!" I'm not likely to die from this based on the way I'm falling, but I most definitely will majorly hurt both of us if I fall on him "GENIE!" I yelled and used the bottle from the crane again.

Giorno was close enough for Genie to touch and the mist engulfed the both of us. We were both in the bottle now, we could clearly see out of it with the mist still swirling around the bottle. Once I know that we were safe and I wasn't gonna fall on him and hurt him, I looked at him with a semi annoyed look with my arms crossed.

"I told you you cant escape me."

"You should've just let me go, I don't want to fight you."

"And neither do I, but you stole my wallet and I only have so much money. And that money was given to me, it's not my own!"

Giorno looked annoyed himself. He and I stared at each other for a while, kinda having a staring contest.

"Just give the girl back what you stole, her stubbornness is getting annoying and we need to be somewhere" Anna blurted out.

Giorno sighed and seemed to give in "fine, you gotta let us out of here first."

"Sure thing" I said as I called upon Genie again.

Genie took us back to the car that Giorno drove. I stood in front of him with my arms crossed again. After a few moments, the frog came hopping back to Giorno. He picked it up and it turned back into my wallet.

"Alright, here's your wallet back signora. I apologize for the trouble" he said handing my wallet back to me.

"It's alright, count the fact I fell on you as a bit of payback" I playfully punched his arm as I took my wallet back "well, I should be going now, here" I gave him the bottle we came out of "just a little something incase something happens in the future."

He looked at me strangely "what do you-"

Before he could finish, Genies mist already took me into the bottle, corking it back up again. I appeared back where I first bumped into Giorno. I picked up the bottle and put it back into my bag. I quickly made my way bask to the park with Anna's help to guide me. I saw that Narancia and Mista were already there waiting for me.

I hurried over to them and Narancia was the first to see me "(Name)! You're finally back!"

"No offense, but what took you so long?" Mista asked.

I stopped in front of them "sorry, I got robbed and gave chase to get my wallet back."

"What!? Did the guy lay his hands on you? Do I need to put a few bullet holes into a bitch" Mista asked.

"You can tell us, and we'll get him for you" Nara added.

"Haha, no no, I already took care of him myself" I said pulling onto the chain of my necklace "not only did I mess with his head pretty good, but Genie did drop me on him as a method to stop him from escaping."

"Hahaha! Nice one (Name)" Mista said patting me on my back.

"Yeah. We should head back home now, I gave quite a chase and I had to do quite a bit of teleporting, I just wanna go back home and chill in my room" I said slumping over a bit as Shimiji chirped in agreement "you barely did anything Shimiji, you only gave life to two cranes, but thanks for the help."

"I find it kinda funny and weird how you talk to your pets like they're people" Narancia said as we started walking back.

"Well, I've had them for a while, I even call Shimiji my baby sometimes. I love them like they are part of my family" I said proudly.

The two boys were talking to me about my pets and I answered everything they asked me about them. When we got home, they decided to chill with me in my room and play some games I pulled out of my bag. It was kinda difficult teaching them games like chess and other strategy games, but fun to have others to play with. The day went by normally but I had decided to take a nap after trying to teach the boys for about a couple hours.

When I finally fell into the dream state, some more memories began to turn up.
