In the depths of space, the TARDIS was flying around out of control with smoke around the box. Inside the TARDIS the Doctor was trying to sort the ship out as it bumped along in space. She pressed a button but it shook and she nearly fell down. As she held onto the TARDIS, it spun to Earth and it goes into the theme tune.

In Coal Hill, Sam was teaching his class. He enjoyed his job but he wanted more in life than just teaching. But it was his job and it was his life: nothing was going to change that, or so he thought. 

"OK class, today we're going to learn about Queens and Kings." 

"Sir, what's that noise?" asked one of students as they heard a noise in the school's playground. They all looked outside to see a blue box that was there, smoking. 

"What on Earth?" 

"That's a police box! What's it doing here?" said Sam. They all headed out of the school to the playground to see if everything was OK. Then the door opened and a women got out and fainted. 

"Is she OK, sir?"

"I don't know. Get her inside," Sam replied as they pick up the woman and took her into the school. They placed her on the sofa in the staff room. 

"OK get some water and towels and call the hospital." 

"Don't...please! I can't I'm not, I'm not, I'm not huuuuuman!" The Doctor moaned as she touched Sam coat and pulled him in before she fainted on the sofa again. 

"OK get some water and don't worry about the hospital. She said she scared of the doctors." 

"Yes sir," one of the students said as they all ran off to help. Sam was with the woman, wondering what was going on. When they got back the woman was glowing with yellow light and Sam stood back in shock, wondering what was going on. 

"What's that light?" 

"I have no idea but is she OK?"

Sam said as they look at the women and then she woke up suddenly and looked at them wondering where she was. 

"Um, who are you and where am I?"

"Coal Hill school."

Sam said as the Doctor realised she had not been here in ages she got up and looked at picture on the wall of Clara and other teacher he remembered.

"I remember this place so many friends that I knew"

"Who are you, then?"

Sam asked as she turned to them and grins and tried to remember who she was.

"I'm the Doctor."

"The Doctor...is that code or something?"

Sam asked as the Doctor frowned. She was busy searching in her pocket to see if she could find her sonic, but it wasn't there. Her expression saddened. She knew she'd lost it.

"Oh no, again! I hate losing my sonic."

"Sonic? What are you talking about?"

Sam asked. Before the Doctor could say anything, a TV turned on and a news report came on.

ALIENS HAVE BEEN SEEN IN LONDON. CIVILIANS ARE ADVISED TO STAY INSIDE... 

"Oh my gosh, what are they?" said Sam, looking at the reports as the Doctor put red glasses on her nose, just like she used to do in her tenth body.

"Autons...oh no, not again!"

"Autons? What are they Doct- Where's she gone?"

Sam asked as he saw that the Doctor had gone so he turned to his class and smiled. 

"Go home and stay safe, OK?"

The kids nodded and they all ran off as Sam ran after the doctor to see where she was going. When she caught up to her, the Doctor was going through some shop to see if anyone was hurt.

"Doctor! You OK?"

"What's your name?"

The Doctor asked as she led people out, frowning.

"I'm Sam Tyler."

"Tyler what? As in Rose?"

The Doctor said as she looked at him shock that he had the same last name as her friend. Sam was about to say something when they heard screams. The Doctor looked at Sam and held out her hand.

"Coming?"

He smiled and grabbed her hand and they ran to the scream to see Autons walking around.

"What're we going to do?"

"Find the source. Where is it..."

Sam tapped her shoulder and gestured; she looked and smiled.

"Good job."

"Thanks," Sam said as they ran off to where it was and the Doctor stood looking at it.

"I'm the Doctor I'm giving you one chance to leave"

"Time Lord," The blop said. 

Sam looked at the Doctor with confusion. "You're an alien!"

"Yeah, best I explain later."

The Doctor said as she looked at the blop and then destroyed it with a tube that she found in her old jacket and grins and looked at Sam. 

"Saved the day again." 

"This is your life, then?"

Sam asked as the Doctor looked through one of the shops for a new outfit and grins. 

"Yeah, want to come?"

"Really, I would love to."

Sam said as the Doctor came out with her new outfit and they head to the TARDIS and she grins. 

"This is my ship, the TARDIS."

"It's bigger on the inside."

Sam grins a he looked inside to see the TARDIS and gasped the Doctor grinned and closed the door, rushing to the lever. 

"Ready?" 

"Ready."

Sam said as the Doctor pulled the lever and they head to their new adventure through time and space but back in London the blop glowed and sparked.

"Time Lord."
