DARK CLOUDS SWARMED THE SKY, CASTING A SHADOW OVER THE SMALL CITY OF COLUMBUS, MISSISSIPPI. A figure stocked through a street, lips pulled into a snarl as people bumped into him left and right.

He didn't have a destination per se, but a firey brunette would kill him if he didn't get to the bar within the next five minutes.

Little sisters. He thought with a roll of his eyes. Always a pain in the neck.

A shrill ring brought him out of his thoughts. The male was less than amused when a familiar face flashed across the bright screen and quickly he answered it, turning a corner.

"This better be good, Carlisle. I am in no mood for one of your-"

"Silas, I need your help." The red-eyed male stopped in his tracks at the desperation, and with a quick pace, he made it to the bar, holding a finger up to his sister who was no doubt ready to scold him.

"Carlisle, what is it?" Silas asked, eyebrows furrowed as he took a seat on the bar table, back against one of the posts with his feet crossed.

"It's-It's hard to say, I think it would be best if I show you, can you meet me somewhere tomorrow." The Cullen rushed out and Silas rubbed his forehead, letting out an unneeded breath.

"Meet me at the border of Oklahoma and Missouri, at my other bar." He finally spoke, a grumble in his voice as he quickly hung up, not allowing Carlisle to finish.

"What's going on Si?" The female brunette asked, leaning against the opposite wall of him.

He shrugged, "I have no idea, but I'll find out tomorrow." Then he looked at his sister, recognizing the look on her face immediately. "You are not going, Cecilia."

The girl deflated, blowing air out her mouth as she slouched, glaring up at her big brother. "Oh come on Si, what if you need us?"

"Then I will ask Peter to teleport you to my location, but I'd rather go by myself if it is something small." Silas said, hopping off the bar. He made his way to the jukebox that rested on the side of the bar, running his fingers over it.

"You heard the shake in Carlisle's voice, whatever is going on - it's not something small." His little sister scoffed, turning on her heel as she made her way to her mate, who was waiting upstairs for her.

"I know," Silas sighed. "That's what concerns me."

━━━

This is my new Jane Volturi book! I've had this idea for a while and I think y'all will enjoy this book better than 'Beautiful Sin'.

Don't worry Cody Christian will remake an appearance in my stories, I just have to wait for the right time.

Okay, now some warning for this book before you read.

This book will have a lot of cursing, obviously. It will also have a lot of sexual themes and stuff such as that!

You have been warned so do not report me.

Now, enjoy the book and I'll see you next update!

Love,
DRΣΔ
