Ch. 4 | Head of the house

Early the next morning, you come out of your room and head for the kitchen.

In the corner of your eye you see Jimin putting on his shoes, ready to exit the door and step out to the autumn world outside.

"Oh, Y/n! You're already awake? He says, looking like he's in a hurry. "I made you breakfast!"

You give him a smile, noticing the phone he is holding against his ear.

Is he talking to someone?

"Yup, I understand. See you soon Kook!" He says, giving you one last smile before heading out the door.

Jungkook. He was talking to that asshole? Pfft.

But something felt different with your older brother's expression. He looked so happy, relieved and almost proud. The last 2-3 days he's been feeling down, angry and just not his normal self. You know it was because of the Jungkook-situation, so why did he suddenly become so happy? What did him and Jungkook talk about on the phone?

As you approach the table, a plate of fried eggs and sausages are nicely placed with transparent wrapper wrapped over. You also notice a pink post-it note on the side next to the plate.

Interviewer: "So I've heard, Jimin's younger sister is afraid of BTS's golden maknae, Jeon Jungkook?"

Jimin: "Yeah that's right."

Interviewer: "Oh, but why is she afraid of him?"

Jin: "Maybe because he's too handsome."

Jungkook smile.

Hoseok: "Too hot for her to handle. She might be afraid that she'll like him."

Namjoon: "Tell us your secret."

Jungkook: "About Y/n?"

Namjoon: "What did you do to her?"

Jungkook: "I haven't done anything over the line, I just follow her, and bother her."

Interviewer: "Ah, teasing?"

Jungkook: Yes. She's very cute whenever I tease her.
I just can't control myself when I see her around."

Interviewer: "But what's her reaction when you tease her?"

Jungkook: "She ignores me."

Interviewer: "She doesn't get angry or....?"

Jungkook: "Well no, she tries to avoid me when I'm around."

Interviewer: "As if she's afraid of you?"

Jungkook: "Yes that's right."

Interviewer: "But that is why you like her?"

Jungkook: "Yes..... Oh wait, me? Ehm...."
