"Jungkook told me you looked good in it."

Jimin shuts the door and strolls towards the entrance of the restaurant where everyone else is waiting for the reserved table. However, he doesn't get far. You quickly buckle your seatbelt up and yank the door open. With much fury filling your tiny body, you rush up to your brother to grab the hem of his jacket, making him stop abruptly.

"Yah!" you hiss at Jimin as you try catching your breath, not necessarily from the short run, but from the ire and stress running through your veins. Jimin cocks his head back to look at you. "What the h*ll!" You lightly push him by his chest, but his robust and steady body doesn't even move. "You seemed so sympathetic earlier at the café, and now you do this? You're pathetic!"

Was Jimin just acting before? Was it just to make you decide to go to this event, and to make Jungkook's mouth drool? You shiver from that thought. You didn't choose this dress to seduce Jungkook, more to hide from him. A black dress wouldn't stand out as much as a pastel purple one, especially not in the black furnished restaurant you were going to.

"Y/n, I just thought that maybe you-"

"He told me he's in love with me." you say, not letting Jimin finish his sentence. It came out so unexpectedly and you weren't supposed to tell him. But he doesn't give much of a reaction. "And how do you feel?"

Why isn't he surprised? Why isn't he shocked? It seems like he already knew.

You lower your gaze and let go of your brother's jacket. "I don't know." you say with a voice that only reaches a whisper. Then you go quiet, leaving both of you in a moment of silence. A cold breeze passes you, causing your hair to fly in front of your face and stays there until the wind goes back to being still. You take that piece of hair to put it behind your ear and look up at Jimin again. "But even if I knew, I wouldn't tell you!" This time, your words come off as more harsh, loud and strong. "You keep on betraying me, showing me that you are not someone to trust!" You feel your tears building up inside of you, but with force, you refuse to let them out. "Who can I trust, if I can't even trust my own brother?"

Bumping into his shoulder, you stomp away towards the restaurant, hoping to find Sooah. She's probably tired of constantly listening to you and Jimin fighting. Understandably.

While at the entrance, you realize people already went inside, including Sooah. As you enter the restaurant, you desperately look for her.

Suddenly, a hand grabbing your shoulder interrupts your searching and makes you jump from surprise. You quickly turn around to meet a tall, dark haired guy with puppy-like features looking down at you. "Soobin!" you exclaim, jumping into his embrace and lock your arms behind his neck, standing on your tiptoes to reach him for a proper hug. He hugs you back, then he lets go, smiling at you. When Soobin was a trainee, you and him used to be really close, but since his debut, he's been extremely busy. This was the first time you saw him in approximately 2 months.

"Where is our table?" you ask, still looking up at him. This height difference between him and you really killed your neck, always being forced to look up at him. That was the only thing you haven't missed with him. "I'll show you. You and Jimin are the only ones missing. We were waiting for you." You turn your gaze down, feeling your cheeks blush from embarrassment. "It's okay Y/n. No need to worry!" Soobin says, showing you the way to the table.
