MOE NINJA MULTIVERSE

BOOK ONE: ISOLATION. CHAPTER ONE: RUNAWAY

Our story begins right after the club has defeated Yamata-no-orochi and Guten has just returned.
"It's gonna take an even longer time to find him this time," Guten sighed,
"That won't happen Guten!!" Kazuki shouted, drawing the Kamuy from his belt and getting into a fighting stance, Guten smirked,
"Kazuki Araya," he said, surprisingly calm, spreading his arms wide and,
"Floating off the ground!? What kind of power does he have!?" Kazuki thought,
"I'm giving you a choice," Guten said, "Join me, and live. Or you can stay with your friends, and I'll destroy everyone and everything you've ever loved,"
Kazuki gritted his teeth,
"I'll never join you!!" He shouted,
Guten sighed, "very well then, I was gonna kill you anyway," he raised his arms, "FLOAT,"
The ground shuttered as giant rocks began to float off the ground, surrounded Guten midair,
"DESCEND," Guten commanded, and the large stones began to fall straight towards the group!
"Oh no you don't!" Kazuki yelled, "PURIFICATION!!" a bright white light enveloped the blade of the Kamuy. Kazuki lept into the air at the closest rock, slamming the back of the blade into it, shattering it too dust. Kazuki used the force of the swing to launch himself at the next rock, breaking that one as well, and flying from that one to the next few, and after the last he flew towards Guten,
"Impressive," he said, smiling, "but it's not good enough,"
He slammed his fist into Kazuki's ribs, he coughed blood,
"KAZUKI!!!" The girls shouted, suddenly, Guten seemingly teleported behind him, and punched Kazuki right in his back, hard enough for him to fly towards the ground at high speed! He didn't have time to do anything, Kazuki closed his eyes and braced for impact when, *WUMP* something stopped him from hitting the floor,
"Hey there kiddo!" Came a familiar voice, Kazuki opened his eyes and looked around, and saw,
"Dad!?" He asked,
"Ya didn't do half bad," his father said, "now, why don't you kids rest up while the adults take care of this?"
"What?" Kazuki said, looking around as he climbed out of his father's arms to see that the other ninja clans had shown up to help fight the Yatagarasu! Even MEA had shown up, led by Beretta of course.
"Now," Kazuki's father said, drawing his sword, "we're going to take you down Guten,"
Guten looked around at all the warriors surrounding him, he smirked and said,
"Alright, I surrender," he said. Everyone stood there aghast,
"WH-WHAT!!!?" Everyone shouted,
"I surrender," Guten said again, slowly floating to the ground while raising his hands. When he touched down, he help his arms in front of himself, Kazuki's father slowly walked towards Guten and pulled out a pair of strange handcuffs,
"Anti-jutsu handcuffs huh? Cautious are we?" Guten asked,
"Believe me, we'd rather kill you," Kazuki's father said,
"Wait, what's going on?" Kazuki asked. Surprisingly, it was Beretta who answered his question,
"The Higher Ups want him alive for experiments," she said, "I know how you feel though, and I want him dead to, but I have to follow orders,"
Kazuki sighed, "alright, I understand,"
Meanwhile, Kazuki's father had just reached Guten and was about to place the handcuffs around his wrists, when suddenly, time seemed to slow,
"Master," Kazuki heard the Kamuy call to him, "turn around,"
Fear crept over Kazuki as he slowly turned and noticed something horrifying, he saw a small portal forming in Guten's hand as Kazuki's father was just about to place the cuffs on him, what happened next happened in the blink of an eye, from the portal Guten drew a sword and swung it Kazuki's dad's neck, there was a shriek, a clang of metal, then a gasp as Kazuki stood in his father's place sword drawn having pushed his father away.
"Bastard," Kazuki growled, his body glowed with energy from the Kamuy, he punched Guten in the stomach, sending him flying backwards into a wall! Kazuki slowly walked forward, the energy around him getting brighter, Guten stood up and readied himself, Kazuki stopped walking, the two of them stared eachother down. A hush fell over everyone, suddenly, Kazuki and Guten dashed towards eachother at high speeds, their swords sung as they clashed, their hands moved so quickly that no one could see them, they could only tell where had been by the sparks from where their blades had clashed, the two warriors stared eachother dead in the eyes, except Guten kept looking around, as if he was trying to find something. Suddenly, his eyes locked onto one area, he then took off in that direction, Kazuki looked in the direction and his eyes widened with horror, Guten was streaking straight right for Hotaru! Kazuki tore off after him, running as fast as he could,
"C'mon!! Faster dammit!! MOVE!!!" He thought, he felt power surge through him, the aura around him and the Kamuy glowing brighter. He blasted off at Guten, he was gaining on him, they were neck and neck, he was passing him! He didn't have any time to block with his blade, he skidded in front of Hotaru, pushed her aside and,
"KAZUKI!!!"
Kazuki stood there, and looked down as Guten withdrew his blade from his stomach, Kazuki stumbled backwards and placed his hand against the hole in his torso. Guten smiled evily, Kazuki took some deep breaths,
"Okay, concentrate, breath," his hand began to glow, then burst into flames! He removed his hand, his wound burned shut, having been cauterized by the flame-jutsu,
"You little bastard!" Guten shouted, swinging his blade at Kazuki's neck, only, it didn't make contact, Kazuki had grabbed it with his bare hand,
"Get fucked, Bird Brain," he growled, and then slammed his head into Guten's face. Guten flew backwards as blood flew from his face, he smashed against a wall at the end of the room and slowly stood up. Kazuki blasted off at him, Guten raised his arms,
"FLOAT!!!" He shouted, as huge rocks lifted off the ground, "FLY!!!" And the rocks flew right towards Kazuki! He lept into air and sliced the nearest one to tiny pieces, he moved on to the next one and the all the ones after that, cutting them into bits. He was getting closer to Guten, he was ten feet from him, he lept into the air, and suddenly, he was behind him, and Guten's head rolled off his shoulders. Kazuki dropped the Kamuy as fell onto his hands and knees, exhausted.
He heard footsteps approaching from behind, he turned around only to get an armored fist to the jaw,
"OW!! The hell!?"
It was Beretta and the MEA who had come over to him, one of the soldiers grabbed the Kamuy off the ground while another snatched the scabbard from Kazuki's belt,
"Kazuki, I'm sorry," Beretta said, solemnly, "but you're under arrest,"
"WH-WHAT!!?" Kazuki asked, shocked
"I'm sorry son," Kazuki's father said, approaching them,
"Dad!? The hell!?"
"I made a deal with MEA that if Guten was killed, whoever did it would be taken by MEA for their experiments if they would stay away from the ninja world,"
"Araya!" The Hag shouted, "you did this without telling anyone!?"
"I did, but it's to late now, again, I'm truly sorry son, I know you'll never forgive me," Kazuki's father said, but Kazuki wasn't paying attention, he was staring at his hands, dumbfounded. A soldier slapped anti-jutsu handcuffs onto his wrists and led him away. Kazuki was still in shock when they crossed through the portal back to their world and back into Hotaru's shrine, one of the soldiers placed the Kamuy into a sealed case, and it was taken into a heavily armored truck, Kazuki was being led to another truck, when he heard a voice call out to him,
"Kazuki?" It asked weakly, Kazuki turned his head, it was Akari, laying down on a stretcher not to far from him,
"Akari," he whispered, he stopped dead in his tracks,
"Hey! Move it!" The soldier behind him said, trying to push Kazuki towards the truck, but Kazuki didn't move, "Hey! I said move it!" The soldier shouted again, sounding more angry by the minute. Kazuki sighed,
"Sorry pal," he said, "I came all this way to rescue my girlfriend, and I don't plan on never seeing her again,"
(That's right! In this universe Kazuki and Akari are dating!)
He flipped backwards over the soldier, grabbing him midair and slamming him to the ground, he took the key from his belt and undid the handcuffs and then turned to face the rest of the soldiers,
"Oh, this is gonna be fun," he smirked, he ran forward, grabbing to MEA by the head and smashing them against each other,
"Two down, too many to go," Kazuki quipped, jumping up and split-kicking another two guards to the ground, the guards began to fire Kazuki, but he nimbly dodged all of the bullets. He grabbed another soldier by the head and rammed his knee into the soldier's face, he then threw him at another one, taking him down as well,
"C'mon guys, you can do better than this!" Kazuki said, grabbing another guard's gun and smashing the butt end against his face,
"Hey kid! Came a voice from behind, Kazuki turned around and his eyes widened with fear, one of the MEA was holding his gun to Akari's head!
"K-Kazuki!" She shouted, "a little help would be appreciated!"
Kazuki began breathing very heavily, he stared the guard down with fire in his eyes. What happened next happened in a split second, a large cloud of dust kicked up where Kazuki had been standing, there was a squelch, a gasp, then nothing, and then a drip, drip, drip noise. All eyes were on Kazuki, he had dashed across the yard and had stuck his hand through the guard's chest and was holding his heart in his hand. Kazuki slowly withdrew his hand from the soldier's chest and dropped the man's heart on the ground, his arm covered in blood he turned back towards the other soldiers still standing, his eyes wide with rage, he began to slowly walk towards them,
"Kazuki! You need to calm down!" Beretta said, but Kazuki wasn't listening, he still walked towards them. But then he stopped, and leaned down, putting his left leg forward, and took off at the soldiers. When he got close to some of them, he placed his hands on the ground and flipped over the soldiers and landed on the roof of the shrine, taking one last look at everyone Kazuki took off into the night.
