Chapter 2: New world

A/N we're gonna skip her being a baby and go straight to the good part. Currently she is 14.

Hi guys Azaela here. Ok so I've been in this new world for 14 years. I'm still not sure which world it is exactly but i have a general idea that once I start high school it'll be time to turn it into a bl world. At least that's what onii says. Also if you've forgot onii is the narrator or god of this world. Since I'm her "foster kid" we can talk whenever we want. Ok so let me tell you a little bit about this world. First of all I kept my goddess name Azaela. My last name is Kurai. I come from a rich family. I'm not really exactly sure what my parents do but it seems a little sketchy so I just ignore it. I have an elder brother who is 16 right now. He is very obviously a siscon. Thank onii I've been focusing on volleyball so much I haven't had a chance to find a boyfriend. Oh yea! Volleyball is the second most important thing in my life besides my family. I kept my smarts from my past life so I'm considered a genius here and don't really have to study or try in school so all my after school time can be spent on volleyball and self defense(my family said I had to learn it, again sketchy). Although I'm only 14 right now I'm still considered one of the best in the women's volleyball league. I don't play for my school because I am homeschooled right now but I play club for one of the best teams called the black knights. And now to the present. I'm about to have my first practice as the starting setter of the American women 16 and over national team. I'm so nervous. I play club but none of my club friends got invited so I don't know anyone. Ok. I'll admit I'm kinda shy and seeing my parents(sketchy) occupation I'm sure it's difficult to approach me. "Oh my gosh you're Azaela right!? I'm livi I'll be your ace this year I'm so excited to meet you" oh shit. What should I do? ~say hi dimwit~(btw if I do ~~ it's onii) ok here I go "oh hiii livi it's so nice to meet you I hope we can be friends and hopefully win at nationals this year!!" Oh god I hope that sounded right. "OHMYGOD YOURE SO CUTE AHHHHHGG" I pause and tilt my head slightly in coufusion. "I'm sorry I don't quite understand what you're saying." Is her nose bleeding???? "oh is your nose bleeding are you ok????" " OH I'm fine and what I was saying before is you're really cute haha. You're the baby of the group seeing as you're the youngest. Come on I'll come introduce you to everyone" she said excitedly "oh ok :)" (I'm lazy so if I put :) anywhere just know it means she smiled).

"Hiiii everyone this is Azaela our new setter!!" Livi spoke loudly once in the gym. "We know that dumbass. Anyone worth their shit in American volleyball knows who she is." A tall girl with red braided hair states. "I'm Elizabeth but you can call me Liz" she says with a smile. Liz oh I know Liz she was a middle blocker for the tigers we played her once. She's really good. "Oh hi Liz. We've met before haven't we!" She looked shocked for a second before smiling. But why does she look embarrassed. "Oh yea I remember that haha. We loss pretty bad didn't we" oh now I remember "hmm. But I thought y'all played really good. I mean yea y'all loss but doesn't everyone. And we learned a lot that game. So doesn't that say something." I said with a smile. She smiled brightly before pulling me into a hug. I was shocked at first but slowly melted into it. "Wahhhh I can tell we're gonna be best friends!!" Liz stated. I smiled brightly. "Yea. I hope I can make friends with everyone. It's important for a team to be close." Then the coach called for practice to start.

Time skip after practice
The coach is talking: "ok guys this was a really good first practice i think we will do great things this year. Ok so we will be having a training camp in japan with the boys Japanese 16 and under team. We will not be staying all together so y'all will need to find a place to stay. It doesn't matter where. Also the training camp will be held one month from now a month before the international games start. Before we go I would like for y'all to get a bit closer with each other so a week from now I will give y'all a Saturday and Sunday off. That Friday night y'all will have a sleepover. I don't care whose house. We have a relatively small team with only the beet of the best. So even if you aren't a starter be proud Bc only 12 players made it. The 5 that aren't starters are very good all arounders and can take anyone's spot at anytime. Ok that's it. Break"

"Hey guys so you know how the coach wants to have a huge sleepover. I was thinking we can do it at mine. My parents made a special weekend house just for this so there would be no one but else there and it is relatively big. Of course we would have to share rooms and stuff." I spoke calmly to the group. One girl who was the shortest on the team but still relatively tall whistled. "Damn I knew you were rich, but I didn't know you were that rich." I chuckled and gave her a reassuring smile before she continued. "Anyway that's fine by me. Ahh yea I still haven't introduced myself I'm Cameron but everyone calls me cammy. I'm the starting libero." "I guess it's decided then. Next week we will all stay over at azaleas." Livi spoke up. Then everyone but me cammy livi and Liz left. "Oh um guys I was wondering if I could have y'alls numbers?" I smiled sheepishly. They al chuckled before giving me their numbers. "Oh yea when were at the training camp y'all are all welcome to stay with me in one of my weekend homes" I smiled. They al smiled back before cammy spoke up. "Alright, Baby we will let you know". I tilted my head "baby?" I questioned "oh yea because your name is so long and hard to give a nickname to and you're the only one not 16 here so your the baby of the group." I chuckled "I like it" I spoke before hopping into my brothers Lamborghini.
