Time skip they've just arrived at the gym. The coach is speaking.

"Ok so i know most of y'all don't speak Japanese but we will make this work. Unfortunately I as well don't speak Japanese so baby you'll have to translate."
"Ok" I agreed.

The coach from the other team approaches
"Hi I'm sorry I don't speak very good English does anyone speak Japanese.?"
"Oh baby does" our coach responded.
"Hi I'm Azaela though most call me baby:). I will be translating for y'all throughout the trip so please let me know if you need help explaining anything." The other coach who looked around 23 or so chuckled. (I just realized I never said their coaches name😭 it's kinley btw).
"Hi baby I'm the Japanese teams coach. My name is Kiro. May I ask how old you are you look quite young?" I chuckled I guess I do look young seeing as most teams usually only have 16 year olds. "Ah yeah I guess I do seem quite young seeing as most teams only have 16 year olds. I am 14." He looked shocked before smiling. "Ok let me introduce you to our teams captain can you introduce yours?" "Oh I'm captain. Should I get the co captain as well?" Once Again he got a shocked look before smiling. "Yes please. I'll be right back." I called livi over.im not really sure why I'm captain but it's what was voted. Although I'd say the most suited was cammy but since she's a libero it's not allowed. "I'm back" I turned around. Onii omfg is that Ushijima. ~I was wondering how long it would take you to figure out~ omfg I'll die. Back when I was in my old world I could never figure out who to ship him with. Because don't get me wrong I know the most common is tendou but you can't tell me ushijima does not give off straight vibes. Also I can only see their relationship as a friendship. Damn. He's finer In person. "Hello I am ushijima this teams captain. This is omisu the cocaptain. We are both 16." "Hello I'm Azaela although most of my teammates call me baby. I'm 14 and I'm the captain this is Livi my cocaptain she can understand Japanese but can't speak fluently. Oh yeah also everyone but me is 16." Livi just nodded her head while ushijima looked shocked before giving his coach a look and then smiling. "Would you care to introduce everyone." Ushijima stated"No I wouldn't mind at all."
(Also I forgot to mention but the training camp is two and a half weeks the once they get home they stay a day before immediately leaving for Tokyo for the interaction games.) "I'll introduce my team first" I stated. Ushijima called the rest of team in."ok I'm Azaela the captain but most of my team calls me baby because I'm 14 and they are all 16. I am the starting setter. This is my co captain Livi she is the ace. This is cammy the libero. Here's Liz the middle blocker and jay the other middle blocker. Here's sienna but we all call her ice she's a wing spiker. This is maya the other wing spiker. Here are our subs raven, Chloe, Ellie, and Jace. They can play any position but setter. This is our captain kinley she was the ace for the American women's national volleyball team she's 21. Ok y'all may introduce y'all selves and I will translate. Any questions" they all looked shocked. Damn theyre all really short compared to our boys team, they must have trouble. I guess they can jump high or something. One short looking boy spoke up. "Um so you're really the captain at 14 that's really cool. Also are your from japan and is it ok if I also call you baby." I'm not sure if he meant that in a bad way but ill play innocent. I tilted my head a bit with a confused expression. I though I saw them all blush. But it must be because it's hot. "Um yes I am 14 and I am the captain and yes y'all may all call me baby if y'all want." Ushijima spoke "as you know I'm ushijima the captain our whole team is 16. I'm the ace the cocaptain omisu. He's a wing spiker.The shorty is honey the libero. The twins are hikaru and karou they're middle blockers. This is our other wing spiker kyo. And our setter mori. We have more subs but they're getting things set up." I then translated to my team.

Time skip after practice.

"Hey baby I need to speak to you about some captain stuff" ushijima spoke "ok that's fine."
""So what did we need to talk about." He chuckled "nothing big I just need help splitting the teams for the game day. Also I had a question."  "Ok we can figure it out but what's your question?." He blushed slightly. "Um the day before y'all go back y'all have a free day to rest and I was wondering if you would go on a date with me. Also could i have your number."  I was shocked. Ushijima just asked me on a date omfg I'll die."I know this is kinda sudden since we just met but I'm somehow drawn to you." Wait onii is this your doing. ~kind of. I did make him sort of speak his mind. But the feelings are genuine. Also he's kind of your soulmate. In the haikyuu world he never got married and ended up alone. So you won't be replacing anyone or anything I promise.~ oh god. I'll say yes I guess. "I'd love that ushi:)" he blushed again.

Time skip to the day of the date.
They're currently at the park after going to the a cafe then an arcade a movie and a nice testy for dinner.

"I had a lot of fun" I smiled "um I know this is kinda sudden seeing as you live in America and we just met 2 and a half weeks ago but would you be my girlfriend." He pulls out two matching necklaces which have rings that's have u+a❤️ engraved on the inside. I started crying. "Of course I will." He then kisses m. I look at him shocked and start blushing."what?" He asked smirking. "That was my first kiss." He looks shocked before smiling."I'm glad. It was mine too." "I hate to ask this because I really like you but can we keep our relationship lowkey. It's not like I'm proud to show you off or anything but we live so far away. And I just don't want everyone all in my business or anything." Ushijima says looking sad "hey that's completely fine with me. And I'm the same I don't like everyone knowing everything. But I'm gonna make you my home screen is that ok?" He smiled "that much is fine. It's not like anyone will see it."
