Phil's POV
I stared Dan down.
"Obviously you aren't fine Dan!" I said to him. "You're sat in front of me crying! And you NEVER cry!" He looked at me with his brown beautiful eyes. "Why are these hate comments bothering you? They never get on your nerves!" I asked holding him down so he couldn't escape. Dan sighed wiping his tear stained face, only that didn't work. Tears were still present. He took a deep breath, his voice shaky. I wanted to hug him. Squeeze him. Kiss him. But I held myself back, as that would be an inappropriate thing to do to your best friend.
DAN: "Phil, if-if I told you, you would hate me." He breathed. "It would ruin our friendship and I c-can't!"
I chuckled a little.
PHIL: "Nothing, and I mean NOTHING would make me hate you." I said.
I reached my hand out to stroke his hairDan's POV
Phil: "Nothing, and I mean NOTHING would make me hate you."
I squeezed my jaw tight trying to fight the words back. If only he knew. If only he could read my mind, it would be so much easier. I shook my head. Phil looked at me seriously but then his gazed softened a little as his hand reached out. I watched his hand come at me directly. My emotions got out of control. 6 years of keeping these emotions inside me, I was gaining even more as time passed. It got to the point where I could control myself and I would hurt oth-- my hand interrupted my brain. I smacked his hand back...a little too hard. The noise echoed through the silent apartment. Phil frowned and looked at his red, red hand. I scratched him a little and drew a small amount of blood. I stared at what I had done and my eyes widened. I banged my hands onto the table making my laptop and Phil jump. I raced down the hall to my bedroom and locked the door.Phil's POV
Dan smacked my hand. I looked at it, it was as red as a tomato. I noticed some blood right below my knuckle and looked up at Dan Why? I thought Was has happened to my sweet, nice, fun---BAM! I jumped backwards as Dan whacked the table and ran. I decided to wash my cut hand before running after him. It was a small apartment and there wasn't really anyplace to hide. Not to mention I had hidden keys to each door in the house. I waddled up, still in shock after what had happened. I ran the water from the sink and slowly massaged my hurt hand. I shoved some ice in a bag and rested it on top of my skin, pain slowly freezing as I followed Dan's steps. I stopped at his door and jiggled the doorknob. Figures. I reached my hand up and grasped the brass key on the door ledge at the top. I slipped it into the doorknob and swung the door opened. I saw Dan, knees tightly smushed to his chest in the corner. I slowly crept forward as I knew Dan was vulnerable.
Dan's POV
Phil got closer. I don't want to hurt him, AGAIN.
"STOP!" I screeched. "Don't move any closer than that!" I yelled at him. Phil stopped moving at the end of my bed. Then started to inch closer. "Phil. I wouldn't do that." I warned, changing my tone. Phil threw his hands back like someone was pointing a gun at him. He slowly moved backwards and sat on my bed. I started to relax.[next chapters are coming soon so please like it or leave a comment if you've enjoyed reading it :)) ]
