Today is the day me and Myles finally got enough courage to ask Maddie why she tried killing herself .

" Maddie sweetie can we talk to you " I asked with Myles behind me

" uhh yeah of course " she replied nervous

"ok - " she cut me off screaming "I didn't do it , it was all Jacob "

" uhh Maddie dear no ones getting in trouble " Myles told her laughing

" as I was saying , me and your dad don't wanna pressure you into answering this but we're wondering what made you want to kill yourself" I asked her nervous to see the way she would act

" oh umm I guess it's the right time to tell you guys " she replied

• flash back • / Maddie's pov
I was sitting in My room when I seen a picture of Josh making out with some random chick on Instagram . I got so mad i decided to call him .
After 3 rings he picked up

" hello " he sounded like he was asleep

" Josh we need to talk " i said with a stern voice

" um it 5 in the morning " he said confused

" why are you making out with a girl "

" why do you care your not my girlfriend and you never were gonna be i just used you to get to your dad . Your nothing but a fucking fat loser . Your worthless just go kill yourself you ugly piece of shit " he said before hanging up

I couldn't take it anymore i let what he said get to me .

•end of flashback / back to Alanas pov

By the time she was done telling us everything she was crying so much . Myles on the other ha d was furious . He looked so mad . I didn't even wanna ask him what's wrong because a little question will set him off .

I knew one way to cool him down that will for sure work .

" go hug your dad for me so he can cook down " i whispered into Maddies ear

She didn't think twice about it she ran and hugged him. I seen his facial expressions softened and he hugged her right back .

I took Alana to her room so she can rest up .

• Myles pov •

I can't believe Josh made her do this . I knew he was no good but no one listens to me . Alana went to go put Maddie to sleep . Im gonna kill that kid .

And to think I was gonna give him a chance .
