Sabezra One shots (Star Wars Rebels)

The injury

Sorry I wanted to upload a chapter earlier but had a lot of trouble with ideas I will try to upload another chapter this week if I get any ideas.

Takes place during season 3

Sabine's POV

I could not believe myself how did this happen? How could I let my guard down during a mission? I was rushing off to the med bay with kanan carrying Ezra he had been shot we got to the med bay but before I could enter the med bay Hera pushed me outside "I'm sorry Sabine but you will have to wait outside" before I could even reply the door closed leaving me outside.  Why can't I focus on missions?, now because of me Ezra is injured i sat on a chair that was outside the med bay before the ship shook a little.  Why cant chopper fly properly?.  I put both of my hands in my face and started to remember everything.

Flashback

Ezra and I were running from some some storm troopers on lothal's marketing place. "You still go the data chip right Ezra?" I asked as a blaster bolt almost hit me "I do, contact Hera for a pick up Sabine I lost my com link inside the dome" said Ezra.  I did what Ezra told me to do " Spector 2 this is specter 5, me and Spector 6 need a pick up immediately sending coordinates now" I said as I pressed a button on my wrist com to send coordinates "got the coordinates Spector 5 I'll be there as soon as possible we stopped running and Ezra ignited his lightsaber blocking some shots I grabbed my twin westar-35's and started shooting at the stormtroopers while also taking cover behind some crates As we finished killing all of the storm troopers I saw the ghost approaching but out of the sudden an imperial drop ship landed almost next to us and some sort of of storm troopers with black armour jumped off the ship and opened fire Ezra seemed to have a hard time blocking the shots.  For some reason when I looked at Ezra  blocking the shots I couldn't stop looking at him as if something was attracting me to him but then I heard Ezra yell "Sabine watch out!" Then he jumps in front of me blocking the blaster shot with his body I quickly dropped to my knees with my eyes wide open I didn't know what to do or even if I could do anything, I didn't even notice the ghost landing or Kanan and Zeb fighting the storm troopers last thing I remember is Kanan grabbing Ezra and rushing off to the ghost

End of flashback

1 hour later Hera's point of view

"Pheeew" he'll be fine he just needs some rest, I walked out of the med bay to see Sabine sitting in a chair as soon as she saw me, she jumped out of the chair "Hera is Ezra ok? Oh Hera, please tell me he's ok" she said in a really worried tone "don't worry sabine he just needs some rest and he'll be fine plus since when do you care so much about Ezra?" I looked at her face and the question caught her off guard since her eyes went wide and she started to blush "I-hum be-because he's family Hera" she said really fast "are you" I was about to ask before sabine stopped me "HERA STOP IT" she yelled "alright" she walked past me and went inside the med bay teenagers these days I walked to the cockpit where I found Kanan sitting on the co-pilot seat "Hey Hera how is Ezra doing?" He asked me " He's fine, just needs some rest hopefully we'll get to chopper base within the hour" "I can't believe Chopper was able to fly the ghost properly" said Kanan I chuckled "did you see Sabine she seemed really worried about Ezra?" I asked "I did actually do you think that perhaps maybe the-li never mind" that got me thinking a little what if?....

On the med bay

Sabine's POV

Once I got inside the med bay I couldn't stop hugging Ezra's arm I have been here for some minutes now I still can't believe what happened what if wakes up and he's mad at me? No, no way he could not be mad at me right "please wake up soon Ezzy" after a few seconds I heard someone groan I locked my gaze into Ezra and it was him "Ezzy?".

Ezra's POV

I was feeling dizzy and tired but I opened my eyes and saw Sabine hugging my arm looking down "please wake up soon Ezzy" i was shocked did she just call me Ezzy? I tried to move my other arm but i groaned in pain instead, Sabine looked at me she seemed kinda surprised "Ezzy?" I asked "Oh my god your awake  Ezra" before I could reply she threw her arms around my neck and i could also feel her cheek touching mine is she hugging me? I hugged her back with no hesitation after some time we stopped hugging "Ezra I'm so sorry" she started I was kind of confused she was sorry for what? "For what?" I asked She looked down "for getting distracted on the mission and yo-" "oh come on is no big deal and I did so you wouldn't get hurt" she looked up and smiled "thank you Ezra and sorry, but I will be taking care of you whether you like or not" wow sabine is taking care of me what "fine with me" she grabbed bandages and more stuff I
didn't even notice what it was because I couldn't stop looking at her beautiful face.  I was just lost But Sabine turned around "what do I look funny?" She asked "what? You? Never" she seemed a bit annoyed "are you seriously still trying to flirt with me?" She asked Hey I take every chance I can get" she laughed quietly "are you sure you are 16? Is she calling me immature? "What's that suppose to mean" I asked "that you are not mature at all" she said in a jokingly way "whatever you say shorty, but I'm really mature" "what did you call me" "no-nothing just forget about it" I said with fear in my tone then she smiled as if she liked it when she scares me or frightens me she finally came by me and started to bandage my chest carefully.

5 minutes later

Sabine had finished bandaging my chest and was now cleaning the blood off her hands, for some reason my gaze was locked into her face as if I couldn't look away and a idea came to my head and I could just imagine the slap I will get after doing what I want to do I stood up and walked behind Sabine I grabbed her shoulder and turned her around "what ar..." she said before I smashed my lips against hers. My hand landed around her waist she was a bit shocked at first but then kissed me back with no hesitation she placed her arms around my neck to deepen the kiss, when we separated I told her "been waiting 2 years for this moment, I love you" She giggles I love you too laser brain" she said before  we starting making out on the med-bay.
