Charles Leclerc, born October 16 1997 under the libra season, is for sure one of the most charmingcharacter in the F1 paddock. If you have a look at his Giorgio Armani photo shooting, it is clear that the ruler Venus has a certain influence on his charming looks.
Libras are very cooperative beings, which also fits Charles Leclerc quite well. In his first season with Ferrari, we saw many agreements within the team and Team orders. For example, in Sochi 2019, Leclerc and Vettel had an agreement for the start of the race. The agreement contained that Charles would give Sebastian a slipstream to pull away from the Mercedes behind. Another great example was in the Chinese Grand Prix 2019, when Vettel felt he was quicker than Charles. Even when Charles started to pull away a little bit, he still followed the team order and let Sebastian by. In the Australian Grand Prix 2019, he even asked the team, if he should stay behind Seb. Since it was his first race with Ferrari, he probably didn't have the confidence yet, but it still shows how cooperative he was from the very beginning.
As the Symbol of Libra (the scale) already shows, a Libra is very fair-minded. For instance, in the Singapur Grand Prix 2019, Ferrari favoured Vettel's strategy over Leclerc's to secure a 1-2 for the team, even though Leclerc started from poleposition and was leading the race. When Seb undercut him, it was clear that Charles wasn't pleased about it. He was constantly discussing with his race engineer over the radio and was claiming that it wasn't fair for him. Ultimately, he lost the race to Sebastian. After an interesting agreement between Charles and Sebastian in the Russian Grand Prix 2019, Leclerc also felt that it was unfair that Seb didn't give him the position back. After a lot of back and forth over the team radio, Vettel still didn't give him the position back, although he was asked several times.

One of Leclerc's biggest strengths is being diplomatic and understanding. I sense that he usually tries to be neutral or unbiased about certain decisions or situations. He seems very diplomatic in interviews or in team radios. In an interview after the Singapur Grand Prix, he claimed that he was overreacting and regrets it. I think he tried to be more diplomatic again after his slight "outbreak". Charles was also very diplomatic in the beginning of the 2019 season about the team orders. He said that he would totally understand that Ferrari would favour Seb in 50/50 situations.
In general, Charles seems to be someone, who wants to keep harmony within the team and the people around him. Yet, this can be a slight disadvantage for him.
Libras tend to avoid confrontations and I've noticed that on Charles Leclerc as well. Specialy at the beginning of the 2019 season, he seemed to avoid confrontations with the team, like in Australia or China. It was probably because he was still the "clear" number two driver at Ferrari and the confidence wasn't that high yet. When Max Verstappen did a controversial overtake for the win in the last lap on Charles Leclerc in Austria 2019, he was compared to other drivers quite passive in the press conference and towards Verstappen. He made clear that he wasn't happy about the move, but I thought that he was never really confronting Verstappen. When Seb didn't give him the position back in Sochi, he stayed relatively nice and calm and for me it seemed like he tried to avoid another public confrontation

Libras can sometimes be a little bit manipulative and there is one moment where I thought that Charles was manipulating Ferrari and Vettel a little bit. I guess we all remember the very chaotic qualifiying in Monza 2019. Every driver tried to gain an advantage with the slipstream and many teams had certain agreements with their drivers on who will give the slipstream. In this case the agreement was that Charles will give a slipstream to Seb, but that didn't happen. Instead, Charles used a slipstream for his first round and Seb didn't have a slipstream at all. But what annoyed Vettel the most, was that Charles didn't go in front of him in the second round, even though he was told several times. Both lost a lot of time, because of that and Leclerc was the one who crossed the line in time, but it was too late for Vettel. Ferrari tried to hide their discontent for Leclerc, but after Leclerc won in the next day and Mattia Binotto said "You are forgiven" over the team radio, it was clear that Charles kinda manipulated the team and Seb.
How would Charles Leclerc be in a Relationship?
If Charles Leclerc would portray the typical Libra, he would see the beautie of love and a beautiful romance in you. At first, he would take years to fully commit. However, once he's fully commited, he would be very loyal. Charles would be very charming, responsive and socially confident in your relationship. Leclerc would search for an interdependent and equally ballanced relationship and would do everything to keep the relationship harmonious. He would know exactly how to comfort you, when your upset and would try everything he could to please you, but he would expect the same from you as well. Charles would make sure that you get all of his love, care and affection and he would express his feelings for you with gifts, flowers, compliments etc. To strengthen the relationship with you, he would enjoy to have long conversations or long walks. All in all, Leclerc would be a very loving and caring partner for you.
