I Am Fine For Now

Chapter 3

*Ding Dong* 

Minu jumped from her bed and went to open the door. Her father and brothers enter.

"Baba what happened?" Minu asked her father excitedly.

"Everything is settled, but they gave you six months before the final result."

"But why?"

"To clear up the misunderstandings between you two."

"I don't want to."

"Minu don't be impulsive."

Minu sighed and nodded. She then went to her room.

"Do you think they can clear up everything?" Minu's mother asked her father.

"I don't think so."

Minu was watching TV with her elder brothers in the drawing hall, suddenly Minu felt like throwing up. She rushed to the bathroom. 

"Minu what happened? Ma!" Anurag shouted.

"What happened?" His mother came running from the kitchen.

"I don't know, she ran to the bathroom."

Minu's mother went to the bathroom and found that Minu was sitting with hands in her head.

"Minu! What happened?" Her mother asked worriedly.

"Ma...I..."

Minu couldn't finish her words. She threw up again. Her mother rubbed her back. Washing up her face Minu's mother was holding her and made her sit on the sofa. But she fainted. 

Minu's mother panicked. She continuously shook her body shouting, "What happened Minu?"

Even Minu's father also panicked. He quickly called the family doctor Sumanto. In an hour the doctor arrived.

After checking her he said to her father, "Their is nothing to worry about. Your daughter is three weeks pregnant. Congratulations." 

The doctor hugged Minu's father who was in a daze. He was thinking he should be happy or not. He was actually worried about how will Minu react when she woke up and hear the news. 

The whole family discussed that what they will do. Will they tell or not. But of course not telling her will be the worst decision ever. So they decided to tell her.

Minu woke up and found herself in the bed. Seeing her woke up she ran outside and informed all. 

She came to Minu's room with her husband, mother-in-law and her two sons.

Minu was confused. She asked, "What happened?"

Everyone remained silent.

"Can anyone please tell me what happened actually?" Minu said annoyingly.

Finally Minu's grandmother spoke up, "Actually you are pregnant for two weeks."

Minu's eyes widened with astonishment. Two tear drops escaped from her eye. She said crying, "Really?"

Everyone nodded their head in unison. Minu quickly grabbed his phone and called her husband Sanjeev. 

When Sanjeev picked up his phone Minu can't hold her happiness behind. She said crying, "Sanjeev I am pregnant."

Sanjeev was also shocked listening to her. He said, "Really?"

"Yes, Yes....Can you come here?"

"Ah...yes yes I am coming...I am coming now." 

Minu looked at his family members and said, "I think this pregnancy will help us to mend our relationship." 

Everyone was happy because of Minu's decision to go back to her husband. 

Sanjeev came to his in-laws house. When he saw Minu, he hugged her tightly.

"Sorry...I shouldn't have choke you." Sanjeev cried.

Minu was speechless for sometime. But she was happy because finally Sanjeev understood her importance in his life.

She was also crying. She said, "I am also sorry to file a divorce."

"What? You did?"

"Yes! See i'm...."

"Please don't leave me. I will do anything you want but don't leave me. I want you and the baby both." Sanjeev said hugging Minu and not giving her time to complete her sentence.

Minu chuckled a bit and said, "I will never leave you. We will start again with the newcomer. Don't worry we can cancel the divorce. Okay?"

"Mn..." Sanjeev nodded hiding his face in Minu's neck. 

Mrinmoyee was very happy, though she was a little afraid that he would beat her again. But, she believed him badly. She can't just leave him when he apologised. Even though she had file a divorce case but she believe that he would come to her and took her to his house like always happens. And can't leave him now because a life is on it's way to see the world.
