E3 educational institutions vary drastically from region to region, with some regions having little to no advanced educational structures from what we had initially left. In regions economically focused, education is for profit rather than a strictly beneficial institute, the drawback of this tends to be a more forced learning experience resulting in a direct correlation between those going into The Stagnant class as opposed to the other social rankings. Other regions focused primarily on state run affairs see the educational system being a more competitive field with neighboring regions resulting in a mix of indoctrination to either the The Stagnant or The Regressors class. It would appear to be a common theme of regional leadership to try and mold pupils into The Stagnant class. Overall the educational system could use a world wide revamping, and would benefit from further interference to meet targeted developmental deadlines. (Note: All education institutions regardless of region are intended for subservience in its current state.)

E3's global economy is dependent on mercantilism, so it hasn't altered too differently from the initial introduction to economics. However balancing budgets and monetary affairs seems to be a concept still illusive to this day, a problem that can be corrected with more interference although, not advised it may be necessary, (Note: pending further global investigation) The workforce in rural regions is more concerned with survival rather than short term profit, where more "developed" regions are more infatuated with short term monetary gain instead of quality of life, this is a problem whether the region is economically or state driven. The working force is also disconnected from the employers drastically when workplace needs are to be discussed. Greed plagues the populace at an alarming rate, intervention will be required.

At this stage in evolution we are seeing a decline in the overall violent nature of the E3 humans, in the last 60 years we have seen less global conflicts of violence than the years prior, this is believed to be a direct result of nuclear fusion and fission, out of self preservation humans have backed down from using planet destroying mechanics. Albeit temporarily, the fallout seems to be more than they are willing to push, This is hopefully a turning point for the species. They were always intended to work together, so the constant wars have been an infuriating setback to The Human Initiative as a project. (Note: We are still missing three aerial recon units from 37.2431° N, 115.7930° W)
