Emma and Brooke were looking around the cave walls then Emma pulled the cover off a bed and Brooke helped her.

"You two need a hand?" Hook asked them.

Brooke looked at him, "Is that a joke?" Brooke asked him with a smile.

"Hmm, no," Hook looked at her confused, "I'm being quite serious," He smiled a little, "Here, love," He said and untangled the cover from the cave wall near Brooke, "You were about to rip it."

"I would not," She looked at him, "Help us move the bed, Jones?"

"Sure," Hook said and helped the twins move the bed out of the way of the cave wall to reveal more markings on the walls.

"Wow," Emma said as she looked at the markings.

"What is it?" David asked.

"Neal, he marked the days he was trapped on the island," Brooke said.

Emma jumped on a rock to get a better look at the hidden markings, "What's wrong?" Mary Margaret asked.

"Look here," Emma said and she pointed to the where the markings stop, "Neal's stopped counting."

"Because he got off the island," Mary Margaret said.

"No," Brooke said, "He was here longer..."

"Then why would he..." David started to say.

"He gave up," Brooke said quickly and sighed, "I know because I did that, in the foster homes."

"I did as well," Emma said as she got off the rock and stood up, "Started counting when I went to a new foster home, counted the days until counting seemed pointless."

"Same..." Brooke said.

"You think the same thing is happening to Henry," David said.

"Pan said that it would," Brooke said.

"Hey," David went to Emma and rubbed her back, "We're gonna rescue him."

"Yeah I know that and you know that, but Henry doesn't know that. Pan wants him to lose faith," Emma said.

"So what, you want to send him a message? Because I haven't seen a Neverland post office. What are you suggesting?" Regina said.

"We take a page from Pan and we start being clever," Brooke said and looked at Regina, "We need to send a simple sign, a sign that we're coming," Brooke suggested.

"Yeah, with lost boys running around, trying to kill us all?" Regina questioned.

"Yeah, maybe it's time we used that to our advantage," Mary Margaret said.

"How?" Regina asked her.

"Follow me, I'll show you," Mary Margaret said and walked out of the cave, Regina and Emma follow her.

Brooke went to follow but Hook grabbed her hand, "Little Lyn," He said.

Brooke turned to him, "What is it? We're wasting time," She said.

"Just slow down, you're going to drain yourself... Again," Hook said, "I don't have Smee and his stews with me this time," He said, both forgetting David is listening to them.

"I know..." Brooke said sighed and stepped closer, resting her forehead on his chest, "Didn't mean to worry you, I'll be fine and beside's I prefer Granny's lasagne's now."

Hook rubbed her back, "Just know that I do know what it feels like, to lose hope as well," Hook told her.

Brooke looked up at him with a confused frown, "What... Are you... Are you trying to bond with me?" She asked him.
