"My fucking brain hurts." I groaned.

Thank God these exams were over.

"My belly hurts." Pixie groaned.

"Because you always lettin' Ranger in your gu— never mind." I closed my mouth quickly.

"Excuse me?" She laughed and leaned up.

"Nothin'." I covered my mouth, tryin' to hide my smile.

"You're not slick." She playfully punched my arm.

I laughed. "Man, graduation really next week."

"I can't believe I'm valedictorian." She played with her hair.

"I'm so proud of you man." I smiled widely.

"Thanks Lenny. I worked hard for this position."

"That's wassup."

Indie ran by and sniffed my leg.

"Wassup home girl?" I rubbed her head.

Pixie's phone chimed, causin' her to look at it and stand up. "If Ranger comes, tell him I'll be back."

"Ight."

"It's really been a minute since I seen you. You look different." I eyed her.

"My hair got a little longer." She shrugged her shoulders. "Now where's the weed? That's all I came for."

I chuckled and picked up a blunt I rolled up earlier. "Damn, where my hug at? Ain't even ask how I'm doin'. I got it. Be careful, this your first time."

She put it between her lips and I lit it for her with my lighter.

"Pull slowly." I coached her.

She did as told.

"Take the blunt out, hold it in for a sec."

She looked as if she was strugglin'.

"Release."

All the smoke flowed out her mouth and she began coughin'.

I laughed lowly and patted her back. "You good, you good. Can't believe that nigga Ranger ain't let you smoke."

"I wanna try it again." She wheezed with watery red eyes.

"Open your eyes." I laughed. "You walked here?"

"Mmhmm." She hummed with a wide smile on her face.

Man she was gone.

"Lemme walk you back." I pulled her off the coach.

"What the fuck?" Pooter stood in the door way.

"Just take her. We ain't do nothin' stupid, so don't freak out." I handed her over.

"Ranger gon' kill yo ass one day." He said before slammin' the door in my face.
