Background: Madeline was born in Lincoln, Nebraska with her parents and her two siblings, Nancy (older sister) and David (younger brother). Her family raised her to be Catholic, however, they encouraged their children to explore other religions to have an understanding of them. Growing up, her sister would tell ghost stories and stories about monster sightings, and Madeline's brain wanted to know more. In kindergarten, she would always tell the other kids about fairytales and ghost stories, but many laughed at her for believing in that stuff. She was known as the 'Fairytale Freak' by her classmates but that never go to her head, even at such a young age. In first grade, a little girl with blonde hair and black clothes becomes one of her classmates, many stayed away because they said she was a wicked witch. But, Madeline didn't care and she befriended the little girl named Persephone. Growing up, they would go explore abandoned and haunted places in their city, reading all kinds of mythology and cryptid stories. They tried gaining fame from MySpace but didn't get recognition until a few years later in 2012. They moved their exploring videos to YouTube and many started following their content. Since then, they continued with their channel, exploring haunted/abandoned places, doing seances, Ouija board, other rituals; exploring the unknown in our world. They are credited with being the first female duo-channel to do ghost hunting (Sephie and Mads). One of their most viewed videos is their multiple videos at the Stanley Hotel and their encounters with the spirits there.
