I was blistering with fury. 8 YEARS!? It's crazy! THIS is crazy! How can it take a person so long to train? This is so... Just no.
"Are you kidding me?! I can't just drop out of school!" I said, more like yelled.
"Well, you'll have to. I hope you'll change your mind when you find out, you'll need a sword." Kitty said, marching up the stairs, urging us to come with her.
"A sword? How big? I don't even know how to use one, will you teach--" Suzie was cut off, by Kitty pushing a finger to her lips.
"It's two swords." Kitty said. "One named 'The sword of Life.' And one named 'The sword of Leadership.'" Kitty added.
"How do we know, which one gets which?" Suzie asked, gasp! She asked a important question?
"The sword handle, one sword handle is pale pink, but turns ruby red in the face of evil. One sword handle is light blue, but turns dark blue, when it's powers can be used." Kitty said.
"Okay, but what sword do i get?" I asked.
"The sword of Leadership, it's pale pink, and you get the sword of Life, it's light blue." Kitty said.
"Yeah, cool. Where are they?" I said, planning to run through training as much as i can.
"The attic. Your training place. Follow me." Kitty said, opening our closet. On the floor of the closet, Was a trap door. She took a dusty old antique chest from the top of our closet, and opened it. A strange light glowed, and in it was a key. She took the key, and crouched so she could reach the trap door. She stuck the key in the lock, guarding the trap door, and opened it. The trap door made a squeaking sound as she opened it. She put the key back in the antique chest, and took it with her, as she slowly walked down the attic stairs.
Sorry this chapter's so short, I wanted a cliffhanger!
