Chapter Twenty-Six

August 5th, Saturday

#Tori POV

After my parents kicked me out, I had to move in with Jesus. I knew they was going to be mad at me for being pregnant but I didn't expect them to tell me to get out. They was my age when they had Zane which caused my mom not to go to college. At least I'm still going to college. I don't even care that I'm throwing shade at my parents. I'm still bitter over the face that they would kick me out.

My phone buzzed and I answered it without looking.

"Hello."

"Hey Tori. How are you feeling? I heard what happen." Zoe voiced said through the phone.

I bit my lip trying to hold in tears but failed miserably. I started crying. "Sis I'm so sad. I don't know if it's the hormones but I can't stop crying and getting so angry. Why would they kick me out Zoe?"

She sighed probably rubbing her forehead with her two fingers like she always does when she's thinking. "I don't know Victoria. I'm very much confused just as much as you are. You know how they are. Sometimes they act like they dont have commen sense sometimes."

"That doesn't mean kick me out especially when I'm already stressing which isn't good for the baby."

"I mean your not their little girl no more. They got Valeria for that." She said referring to our little sister Valeria. "But yeah you do need to calm your little self down with my neice in you."

I laughed wiping my tears. "What makes you think it's a girl?"

She laughed with me. "I just got a feeling. Call it my sixth sense."

I heard a bunch of noise in the background and Zoe yell out annoyed before I heard a voice.

"How's my baby sister doing?" Zane asked chuckling.

I smiled getting emotional again. "Hey big brother. I miss you. I wanna go home."

"Don't get sad now. You're having a baby. It's time for you to grow up. Mom and Dad can't hold your hand no more. You got that modeling career stuff going on and you get going to get big with that. I want to see you on all of the magazines which means no more crying."

"Okay Zane." I said wiping my eyes again. Man these hormones are kicking my ass right now.

"Now I got to go. I'll holla at you later. Kick Jesus for me." He joked.

"Alright I love you." I laughed.

"Love you too."

"Bye."

"Bye bye." I hung up the phone leaning back in my bed. I'm going to have to talk to Micheal about the baby situation.

I slipped on my white V-neck Gucci shirt, floral print skinny jeans, and white Gucci loafers before tying my hair up in a messy bun and heading out. My bump was just not starting to show but it wasn't anything to be too noticeable unless your looking.

I felt my phone ringing and Xavia's face appeared on the screen. I smiled before answering it.

"Hey girly what's up?" I asked connecting her to the Bluetooth in my car.

"Nothing much just wondering what your doing today. Trying to see if you wanted to come over."

I bit my lip thinking. After I leave Michael's office, I wouldn't be busy. "Sure I can come through."

"Great. Text me when you're on your way."

"Okay I will." We both hung up.

I got to Michael's office in good timing. Luckily he wasn't busy. He looked up smiling brightly when he saw me.

"Ahhh my beautiful Victoria. I wasn't expecting to see you today until Tuesday. What brings you?"

"Well Michael, I came in to tell you that I'm pregnant and I might not be able to work here much longer." I sighed.

He stared at me looking at my stomach while folding his hands together. He sat there for a while in silence before he began smiling again like he came up with a brilliant plan.

"That's perfect. That's just perfect for this company." He smiled getting up from his seat.

I frowned now confused. "Wait what?"

"A maternity cover. That'll be just perfect for the public. We'll have to wait until your about five months and showing more so that the public can see. How far along are you?"

"Right now I'm only two months pregnant." I said shyly. God he's making me nervous.

"Alright then maybe when your six months we'll do the shoot because right you look like your barely even showing. Yes this is great." Michael said rubbed his hand on my stomach. It felt weird for him to touch me this close.

He nodded. "Yes this is going to be good." He walked back over to his desk sitting down before typing something into his computer.

I paused realizing everything he just said. My eyes widened shaking my head. "Woah woah woah calm down Micheal. Are you saying that I won't have to quit my job?"

"Nope not at all. You being pregnant is actually a good thing fir the media." He said not even bothering to look away from his computer.

I smiled to myself. Not even a fake smile. A real smile because I was actually happy. Everything was falling into place and things was looking good for the future. Maybe living without my parents would be a good thing. I think I'm going to ready for motherhood. I bid my farewell before walking out his building. My phone buzzed showing that Jesus/Hubby was calling me. I answered smiling.

"Hey baby." I blushing happy to talk to him.

"Hello Vicky. Where are you? I just got home and your car wasn't in the driveway."

I chuckled. "Yeah I left about an hour ago. I had to go let Michael's office and tell him about me being pregnant."

"Well what did he say?" He said anxious. Jesus was just as nervous as I was about bringing this baby into the works with our circumstance going on.

"He said it would be perfect for the magazine. A maternity cover and I wouldn't have to quit." I said leaning on to the hood of my car.

He laughed. "That's great baby. Are you ready now?"

I thought about it before smiling. "Yeah. I guess I am ready."
