Chapter 33

Back at the Human Village....
Batman/Johnny has located and disarmed two more of the Joker's bombs and taken more of Joker thugs into police custody. Meanwhile, Gordon and his police officers has also located and disarmed the last two of the Joker's bombs and arrested more of Joker's goons. They also managed to save some hostages that the Joker's men has taken.

"That's all five bombs. Hope that's the last of them." Gordon sighed in relief and then turns to Batman/Johnny. "So how are you going to find the Joker with those things?"

Batman/Johnny was using his Cryptographic Sequencer gadget. He focused on the locations where the five bombs were planted and their radio frequency traced the signal to Henry Claridge's abandoned chemical plant.

"The radio frequency is pointing to the abandoned chemical plant. That's where Joker's hiding." Batman/Johnny said to Gordon as he puts back his gadget inside his utility belt.

"Dispatch, this is Captain James Gordon. We need all available police officers ASAP. We have a positive lead on the Joker's location." Gordon said through his police radio in the police car.

"Affirmative, Captain. Dispatch out." The police dispatch said.

"It's just me and you, Joker. Time we finish this once and for all!" Batman/Johnny said preparing for his final battle with the Joker.

Meanwhile back at the Hotel....
Mavis, Hank, Pedro, Wendy, Sophie, and Charlotte are inside the basketball court wearing their jersey uniforms. Before they could start the game, they did a quick few stretches and exercises to get themselves ready.

"So who's gonna be on who's team?" Sophie asked.

"Hmph... I think I'll chose Wendy and Sophie in my team." Mavis answered.

"Yeah! I'm on Mavis' team!" Wendy exclaimed bouncing up and down in victory.

"Great. Now this just leaves me with Hank and Pedro." Charlotte said a little annoyed.

"This is going to be fun! Especially without Klaus showing off his victory dance." Hank said while this made Mavis giggled at making fun at her cousin.

The teams held their respective positions. Mavis, Wendy, and Sophie were standing on their side of the court while Hank, Pedro, and Charlotte stayed on their's.

"You guys ready to lose?" Pedro asked teasingly.

"Yeah right, like we're going to lose." Mavis scoffed while rolling her eyes. She really thought that her team will win due to her incredible Basketball skills and vampire powers.

The basketball game began shortly with Sophie dribbling the ball while Mavis and Wendy tried to block Hank, Pedro, and Charlotte.

"Sophie! I'm open!" Mavis exclaimed while extending her arms waving at Sophie.

Sophie threw the ball as Mavis grabbed it and began dribbling it to the ring until Pedro swoops in and stole the ball.

"Hey! Pedro!" Mavis said annoyingly.

Pedro kept running while dribbling the ball and making a jump on the ring as he shoots the ball straight down the spider-net.

"Boom! You just got Pedro'd!" Pedro laughed while giving high fives to Hank and Charlotte.

Later on, It was now Charlotte who was dribbling the ball while Hank and Pedro tired block Mavis, Wendy, and Sophie away from the ball.

"Hank! You're up!" Charlotte said as she passed the ball to Hank.

"Thanks, Charlotte! I got this!" Hank said as he grabs the ball with his hands.

"Wait! Hank don't throw the ball!" Pedro shouted trying to stop Hank but it was too late.
