Dracula and Mavis quickly carried Johnny to the emergency room with their families behind them.
"Dr. Gillman! We need you!" Mavis said. Dr. Gillman arrived and was shocked to see Johnny bleeding.
"Oh dear! What happened to him?!" Dr. Gillman exclaimed in horror.
"He was shot by one of the intruders with a silver bullet! Can you fix him?!" Dracula asked in a hurry.
"I could but this is going to be a little difficult. It is silver bullet after all." Dr. Gillman said.
"I'll help you remove the bullet. Johnny is and always will be my responsibility." Alfred stepped in willing to help Johnny.
"Al, are you sure?" Melly asked worriedly.
"Absolutely. I've done my medical training before so I can handle this." Alfred explained.
"Guys we don't have much time!" Kent shouted in a hurry.
Without waisting any time, Dracula and Mavis entered the emergency room putting Johnny gently on the bed to proceed the surgery. Everyone waited outside at the waiting room while both Dr. Gillman and Alfred performed the surgery on Johnny. Alfred was the one who removed the bullet from Johnny's shoulder and it was Dr. Gillman who stitched up his wound.
After the surgery was finished, Alfred wrapped a medical tape around Johnny's shoulder and Dr. Gillman attached an arm sling on his right arm for support.
"That's it! All done!" Dr. Gillman exclaimed.
"How are you feeling, Johnathan?" Alfred asked.
"It still hurts a little but I'll be alright. Thank you."
Johnny said, still laying on the bed."I'll inform the others that you're alright." Dr. Gillman said as exited the room only leaving Johnny and Alfred some time to be alone.
"The Joker may have killed a lot of people... but this?! This is personal! Showing up here in this peaceful hotel only to attempt on killing our friends and families." Alfred angrily retorted.
"I swear, Al. If I ever get my hands on that psychopath again, I'll make he'll never get to see the outside of a cell ever again!" Johnny could only feel pure rage towards the Joker, mostly after what he almost did to Mavis.
"I guess we now know how he's going release his Joker Venom." Alfred added.
"He wanted to show us what he had planned for us, Al. We gotta stay vigilant before strikes again. My guess is that he'll be making more of those bombs." Johnny stated.
"Yes but for now, it's time for you to get some rest, my boy. Batman may not able stop the Joker this time but Johnny Loughran saved Hotel Transylvania tonight." Alfred told to Johnny.
Both of them were able to calm down after Dr. Gillman returned with Dracula, Mavis, and everyone else.
"JOHNNY! YOU'RE OKAY!" Mavis ran towards to Johnny hugging him tightly. She shedded more tears of joy from her eyes while Brett, Kent, and Melly joined the hug. They were all grateful that Johnny was alright.
"How is he Dr. Gillman?" Dracula asked.
"Well Johnny was in deep pain earlier but luckily you brought him here just in time. We were able to remove the bullet off his shoulder and stitched up his wound. For the time being, he's going to wear that arm sling until he gets better." Dr. Gillman explained.
"So that means good, right?" Kent asked worriedly.
"Of course! He'll be better in no time but I suggest that he should stay here to get some rest until he fully recovered. Especially those bruises on his face." Dr. Gillman said as he pointed at Johnny's face. Johnny had a few visible bruises on his face and a black eye.
