Dealing With My Pack

Nikki's POV

After breakfast Courtney and Yennefer took Nicole back to the house to rest. Jason and I seek out and corner the heads of the Council Lance and Victor. Leona seeing us together decides to join. I have no issue with this she was a member of the original pack.

"What do you two need?" Lance asks. He looks exhausted and it's still morning.

"We've decided to abdicate to Joel's sons Garret and Dustin." I state.

"I thought you might. I still think you both as Alpha and Beta would do an exemplary job, but so be it.

"I would like to hand over a stable pack to the young men. I would like your advice on how to deal with the fact I have to many warriors." I ask.

"Most still have family in other packs that would allow them back in if they are willing to prove themselves. The rest you could ask Jake if he would take them. His pack is still small. They are young and Ava will need mates soon or she will cause her grandparents nothing but problems." He answers thoughtfully.

"What should you be asking me." Jake sighs.

"If you wouldn't mind taking a few of my warriors off my hands." I grin.

"Carol thought you might ask. She's been watching them. Most have found their way back to family. It was a good call on your part for them to find family by the way. There are four that seem to have no one. So my answer is yes. They are still young. It seems they only joined Damon to be part of a pack again. They are from Colorado. Their pack split to return to close family. They only had each other. I will ask them. They already know there are to many in your pack. I think they will be relieved they will have a place to stay." He smiles.

"Thank you Jake." I smile back.

"I wish to return to my pack if you will take me?" Leona asks me.

"Of course Elder you will be welcomed back along with your grandson." I take her hand and give it a gentle squeeze. She smiles sweetly.

She and Jason follow me to where everyone is gathered. I barely have to think and my pack is in front of me waiting for me to speak.

"How many of you have found family you wish to return to?" I question. All but the original fifteen and six others raise their hand. I'm relieved.
"If they will have you I release you to your former packs." They bow their heads and return to their families. Jake comes to retrieve the four boys. They look to me I nod my head yes and they leave with Jake. I'm down to the original members and two extras. They are all between the ages seventeen to twenty five. This pack has lost a whole generation. I glance at Leona there are tears in her eyes.

"I was gone when he took over." She weeps.

The thought creeps into my mind. Damon had killed everyone over a certain age during his take over. He has always been able to become half man half wolf.

I can see into the the minds of my pack. They had no part in the killing of their parents. They did out of fear help him capture women. I see that they had hoped Nicole coming to their pack would calm Damon. When Damon had raped Nicole and forced them to attack too. They had been horrified. They don't know how to repay me or the packs for their second chance.  They thought they would be put to death. I feel so much shame and remorse from them. I see scars on their bare skin. They had been victims of Damon as much as the rest of us. It's going to take time for this pack to heal.

"Alpha Nikki." Lunar and Astra address me.

"What do you need Ladies?" I ask.

"We would like to seek mates among your pack." Lunar says speaking for them both.

"If this is your desire. I have no objections." I answer surprised by their offer.

"Good we will be coming into heat in a couple of days. We want to have an open run. Is that acceptable?" They grin.

"Yes and we are happy to welcome you to our pack. Aren't we gentlemen?" They bow their heads to the young ladies. I smirk. They are learning already.  The girls are off to wherever they think they need to be. Things are shaping up. The pack now has available women. Their combined guilt is weighing heavy on my shoulders.

"Today we will help Scott take our lost brothers to the mortuary for cremation. Until then help anywhere you can." I command gently. I need to escape for awhile. Their emotions are to much. I head back to the house for a breather.  I need Courtney. I need her gentle support. Maybe a little therapeutic lovin before I face them again. As I enter I call for her.

"Courtney where are you?"

"In the bedroom Nikki." She answers. Courtney reclines on the bed reading a book on wolf customs. Yennefer and Nicole are cuddled up asleep. I crawl in between Courtney and Nicole. I pull Courtney close and nuzzle her breasts. She tries to wiggle away.

"No stay. They are asleep. There are to many here to find any real privacy. I need you." I whisper. Her sun dress is easy access. I tug down her dress to reach a nipple. I latch on and suck. A moan escapes her lips. I kiss my way to her lips brushing mine against hers. I reach out mentally and deepen Nicole's and Yennefer's sleep. I want to give Courtney my full attention. Her expression is so sweet. I kiss her again and brush her nipple softly with my thumb. She gives in slowly with each kiss. She finally allows me to tug her dress completely off. I take  a moment to admire my woman. The wolf in me wants her on her hands and knees. The human side knows she would feel to exposed with her co-mates so close. So I softly press her on to her back and cover her nakedness with my body. I growl at the feel of her naked skin. Nipping her neck I slid my fingers down her body till I come to her lacy panties. My canine nails slice easily through the flimsy material. She whimpers with need. I'm having trouble keeping the wolf in check. I don't want to frighten her with my teeth and claws. She touches my cheek urging me to look into her eyes. Tilting her head back she exposes her throat a sign of trust among the wolves. My heart melts for her. I take her throat  gently between my teeth and growl softly. Her hands slips between us to undo my jeans. I help her tug them down. She kisses me roughly making me growl. Urging her thighs open I thrust deep making us both groan. l keep my claws away from her delicate flesh as I thrust. She feels so good as we grind against each other. It not just our bodies that are joined. I can see her love for me in her mind. She tightens around me making me moan. Hearing her cry out my name sends me over the top. I growl as I cum, shredding the sheets with my claws. I kiss her softly before I roll off to my back.  We lay quietly for awhile.

"I need a shower before I go with Jill. She wants me to help with the flower arrangements."she whispers. She kisses my shoulder before she heads for a shower.

I glance at Nicole her eyes are half open and shine brightly.

"How long have you been awake?" I grin.

"Long enough." She giggles.

"Thanks for giving us our moment." I chuckle.

I pull her close and nuzzle her neck.

"Would you rub my tummy?" She coos.

"Oh does the puppy love tummy rubs." I tease as I rub her stomach. She sighs blissfully. Making me laugh.

"My tummy is getting bigger. It just feels so good to have it rubbed." She moans. I give her a chaste kiss on her lips.

"I have to go. I made a promise I have to keep." I whisper. She holds tight to my arm as I pull away.

"Do you think Courtney will be angry that you touched me? I try to go to Jason. His touches just don't feel as good as yours." She admits.

"I don't know Nicole." I answer softly.

"I don't want to hurt her or Jason." She whimpers and let's me go.

"I know you don't." I stroke her soft hair before I leave her side.

I stand out back of the mortuary with my pack. We had just finished transporting the dead. Scout reassured us that he would handle it from here. The Council of Elders have decided to postpone the funeral for two days since the werewolf rouges  have been claimed by family. They figured it would be easier on the packs to mourn once and as one. During our ride back I'm thinking after I release control of the pack to Garret, Courtney and I will return to our own home for awhile. Nicole will understand that we need some time alone together. I hope.
