and whenever you're breezing through, keep tearing my world apart is about how when kellin would talk to vic about the problems in his family life, vic would listen, being supportive while im the back of his head he was probably thinking 'just leave your wife and family for me.' he knew that it was a fucked up way of thinking, but hey, love is selfish.
keep tearing my world apart shows how much his longing for kellin and his love has destroyed him, knowing that they will never be in a real relationship due to the circumstances.

forgive me for bringing this up, but in the last three lines of this verse, alcholism is implied, which is something kellin has struggled with (hes sober now, we stan a man who betters himself!)
the hopeless tone of these lines tells me that kellin might have turned to drinking to cope with the rather forbidden relationship he has formed with our boy vic. and while it prolly wasn't the cause for his alcoholism, it might have made it worse for him. he feels guilty about it, and it was mentally fucking him up. the love you just cant ignore but just cant have.
