((I just wanted to say thank you guys for 2.1K reads! I could have never imagined my story would even get close to that in this amount of time!))

Tamaki was shocked as I hopped out of the limo myself and ringing the doorbell for the estate we were brought to. Though he soon caught up and a elderly woman answered the door.

"Hello, may I help you!" she asked me looking Tamaki's way she moved out of the way and let us in without question. I was dragged through many halls and we came to a stop in front of an arched opening. I looked straight into the room and there Honey stood, alone. His eyes became wide when he noticed my presence and he soon launched himself at me.

"River-Chan! River-Chan! Its a miracle you're here Takashi hasn't left his room all day!" He exclaimed dragging me through the halls once again.

"What is it with you people and dragging me places! I can walk on my own!" I yelled and it echoed through the long corridor. after a few more turns we came upon a closed door and Honey opened it slowly. I stood in front of the opening and a book was launched my way as soon as it could fit through the door. Honey grabbed it seconds before it made impact with my face.

"I'm going to leave, good luck." Tamaki whispered in my ear and I smiled nervously as he walked away.

"Nice way to welcome a visitor..." I said quietly into the dark room. I saw a figure do what seemed like sit up. I heard 2 loud claps and the lights came one.

"River?" The figure said lights now showing its features. Mori didn't look like himself. His hair was in a frenzy and he had dark prominent bags under his eyes. He wasn't wearing a shirt but still wore his jeans. His eyes were dull and his mouth dry and stuck in a frown. I slowly walked over to him and collapsed next to the bed. Now in my knees I began to realize this was entirely my fault. Then something happened that I wouldn't have expected to hear.

"Get. Out." I heard Mori's raspy voice say, and I froze. My whole body seemed to stop and I couldn't feel even the beating of my own heart. Had he really ever wanted me? Maybe it was just a scheme to give up my power. My face must have shown my shock because Honey grabbed my arm and dragged me out of the room, because I was unable to move. Though before shutting the door he made sure to tell Mori his opinion.

"Takashi, you have no right sulking if your just going to give her up. So deal with it and take a shower cause I can't stand to look at you right now." Honey said his face darkening over his eyes, his Loli persona vanishing in an instant. It's quite scary rather how someone so sweet can have a darker aspect to them.

Honey had been trying to cheer me up for a few hours. He even offered me some of his sweets, but I wouldn't accept them, I couldn't. How had I waited so long to finally accept that I truly loved someone, and by then it was too late. I hadn't done much but looked blankly at a wall because at this point, there was nothing left. I had given up Tamaki and my succession in my family.

I got up sullenly and began to wander my way out of the unfamiliar house, at last after 20 minutes finding the exit. I noticed my car that my parents had bought me when I left Ouran sitting in the driveway of the estate. I walked up to it taking the envelope out from under the windshield wipers. I opened it finding the keys inside. Without even thinking about it i got into the drivers seat. As I was pulling out I saw the door fly open and Honey start shouting, though I kept going. I didn't really know where I was going at this point. Now in the privacy of my own car my tears were blurring my vision. My arms were in control and I could feel the car moving faster than it should have been. I made a turn and then another in the opposite direction. Then nothing. The car had no resistance and all I could feel was spinning.

I walked back from the kitchen carrying a piece of still warm freshly baked chocolate cake. Even though it was my favorite and I just wanted to eat it all, I guess i could share with River-Chan! After all Takashi is my cousin and hes being a meanie so I have to make up for it! I actually don't understand it, he was practically begging for River to love him and now he's shunning her.

"Master Mitskuni! Your friend just wandered outside! She didn't look too well!" One of the family servants yelled running up to me out of breath. I froze and released my grip, hearing the tray clatter to the floor. I then sprung into action and ran to the front of the house. My legs didn't seem to be carrying me fast enough. When I opened the door I saw River climbing into the drivers seat of a car, her face puffy.

"River! Please! You shouldn't be driving!" I screamed, and she looked up as she started the car. Then she backed up quickly skidding to a stop to switch from reverse and to drive. Then she started fast not accelerating just starting as fast as she could. The tires screeched against the pavement and she drove away, all over the road. I raced up to Takashi's room, whipping the door open.

"What do you want I thought you were disgusted." He groaned, a hint of sarcasm in this voice. And this infuriated me.

"You are going to get up and you are going to get your keys." I said with an eerie calm to my voice. "Want to know why? Because you cant just accept things how they are. River just sped off in her car and I don't know where shes going. And it wasn't me or Tamaki who will be to blame if she gets hurt. No Takashi it will be on you." And after those words left my mouth he bolted up.

+~~~Mori's POV~~~+

It would be my fault, all of it. I threw on a sweatshirt and grabbed my phone calling all of the hosts, it would be faster if all of us were looking. I sprinted out to my car to see Mitskuni already in the passenger seat. "Keep in touch with the club I already called all of them on the way out." I said, recoiling at my voice. It was scratchy and lifeless, I didn't like it, was this what I had become? I stepped on the gas as I backed out of the driveway. I had to go quickly but it would be no use if I got into an accident tying to prevent one.

We had checked everywhere we could think of. Then my phone began ringing it was Tamaki. Honey answered an put it on speaker so I could talk to him. "Tama-Chan please say you know something!" Honey was begging at this point.

"I might but I really hope that its unrelated. There's a block at the bridge over the lake and there's a ton of ambulances and they have a crane, I think someone went off into the water." Tamaki rushed out, as soon as I heard I skidded the car to a stop and sped off. It was starting to get dark so I took the back roads to not get caught in the traffic by the bars. As I turned the wheels weren't even touching the ground and while I was turning we sped right by a cop. Turning his lights on we pulled over him tailing us.

The cop strolled up to the window and I handed him my registration ans licence. "Sir, did you know that you were doing 90 in a 20 zone, there are a lot of turns here you could get hurt." he asked acting like there wasn't something catastrophic going on right now at this very moment.

"Yes officer its just, my friend sped off in her car and we think she might be who drove off the bridge and I really need to be there." I said now panting, tears brimming my eyes but willing them back. Now Honey piped in.

"Officer I don't know if you know who we are but i am Mitskuni Hainozuka and he is Takashi Morinozuka, if you haven't heard of us, I am classified as a threat to National Security and Takashi here is very talented in Judo. Our family is very well known so I think you can let this slip, considering the circumstances." The officer bowed at us and walked back to his car leaving. "I guess he knows who we are." Honey said casually as I put the car back into drive.

We weren't far from the bridge now and the panic was starting to set in. My palms were sweating and my foot shakes whenever I switched pedals. Part of me wanted to turn around and never know if it was her or not and another part of me needs to know, needs her to be okay. So as I got as close as I could to the scene and burst out of the car. I picked up Mitskuni so he could identify her car. Though he didn't need to. Because when I got close enough to see I saw a body on the pavement, EMT's crowding her, putting her on the stretcher and starting chest compression. And I fell to the ground.

Cause how could a River drown?
