Salvatore Boarding House
In his room, Stefan is holding the picture of Katherine and the necklace. He tries to call Elena, but with no answer, leaves her another voicemail.
"Elena. It's Stefan. I know that this picture must have confused you. But I can explain. I need to explain. So, please, when you get this, call me."
Mystic Falls
Elena is driving her car and sees a man in the middle of the road. She slams on her brakes but hits the man. Her car rolls over and over. She is stuck in her seat. The man somehow recovers and starts walking towards her car. Elena screams. The man runs away. A second later, Damon appears.
Elena lets out a scream as she looks away, thinking it was the shadow figure
"How ya doing in there?" Damon says as he looks under the car, through the window
"Damon?" Elena calls out softly as she looks over at him
"You look stuck." He says as she tugs on her seatbelt
"It's my seat belt. I can't get it." She says a bit freaked out
"Shh Shh Shh. Let me get you out of there. I want you to put your hands on the roof." She puts her hand against the roof like asked to. "Just like that. You ready? 1, 2, 3." Damon ejects her seat belt as he catches her. "I got you." He picks her up and carries her to the street. "Are you okay? Can you stand? Is anything broken?" He asks
"Uh-uh."
Damon puts Elena down but she can barely stand. Damon catches her before she falls to the ground.
"Whoa, you're fading fast, Elena. Elena, look at me" Damon grabs her face. "Focus. Look at me. Okay." He says as he looks at her eyes
"I look like her..." she said a bit glum
Damon furrows his eyebrows. "What?" He asks
Elena faints. Damon grabs her and slowly puts her on the ground. He brushes her face with his hand.
"Upsy-daisy." He says as he picks her up and carries her away
Alaric's Apartment
Alaric is typing on his computer "I found one. After years of research and study, there it was right in front of me. I was terrified. As I stared it in the eyes, I drove a stake through its heart. I was right about Mystic Falls. There is evil here. I can sense it. Feel it. It's everywhere."
Alaric looks at a photo of a young woman.
Salvatore Boarding House
"Mmm" Stella groans a bit as she wakes up, only in her bra and underwear. She starts feeling besides her, feeling nothing where a Ryan should be. She quickly gets up and gets a bit flustered
"You've got to be kidding me!" She says, feeling as if she got played
...
She opens her door as she put in an oversized t-shirt to cover her whole body. She starts walking down the stairs "I can't believe him, and to think that I trusted him" she heads towards the kitchen. "That little son of a bi..." she stops herself to find Ryan, shirtless in the kitchen, putting down two coffee mugs on the island
He chuckled a little as he overheard her. "Is there a problem?" He asked with a smile as she didn't know what to say
Damon's Car
Elena wakes up to find Damon driving
"Morning." He says as Elena looks around
"Where are we?" She asks grabbing her head
"Georgia." Damon responds looking back at the road
Elena seems shocked. "Georgia? No, no. No, we're not. Seriously, Damon. Where are we?" She asks getting flustered
"Seriously, we're...we're in Georgia. How ya feeling?" He asks
