Kongpob was driving to the decided place, his stomach fluttering with butterflies even as he tried to control himself. He looked at the long, slim black box on the passenger seat and felt satisfied. He was keeping it simple today, but it felt more passionate...like intimate.
Over the past four days he and Arthit had texted each other several times. It was nothing much, just some small talk where Kongpob didn't miss a single chance to tease and flirt with the older man. As it was, Arthit had requested that the businessman pick him up at his apartment building rather than at his work. The older man said that if Kongpob was spotted again at work, he would not hear the end of it from his colleagues and bosses. Kongpob didn't want to mess at Arthit's workplace, so he had agreed easily. Also, there was something touching about having been invited to Arthit's place, it made Kongpob feel giddy. Of course, he already had the address even if Arthit hadn't provided it because of Em's research. Em had pointed out that the Arthit lived in quiet posh apartment in a rather prime locality and that he should not be able to afford such a place on call-center salary. Especially so, because Arthit's parents were ordinary middle class people. Kongpob had just dismissed it, saying that his Sunshine was a smart man, he did graduate from Engineering with honors after all.
As he pulled up at the high-rise, Kongpob's breath hitched and he was glad he was already slowing down to park. The sight that had him holding his suddenly rapidly-beating heart was exquisite, for lack of better words. There stood Arthit casually looking around as if completely oblivious regarding the effect he was having on the people around him. Kongpob had already spotted a few girls giggling shyly as they saw Arthit and also a man who walked past gazing at the beautiful man appreciatively. The business man was gritting his teeth as he felt a surge of jealousy bubbling within him. His Sunshine was glowing in the soothing brightness of the dusk and Kongpob couldn't take his eyes off him.
Arthit was wearing a simple white shirt that closed low on the chest, exposing a lot of his smooth pale skin. The shirt had loose long sleeves. A pair of soft dark jeans that hugged at the hips, highlighted the man's assets perfectly. His hair was slicked back stylishly, making the already soft cheeks look fluffier. The full lips were glossy with pale pink lip gloss. All this was what someone might think was a usual thing. It was everything a man might do if he was dressing up for a special date but Arthit was no ordinary man. What stood out was the collar. Yes, the dimpled man whose cheeks had a faint pink glow was wearing a snug collar around his neck. The collar made of satin cloth was lilac in color that tied into a perfect little bow at the center. Patterned black lace just highlighted it that much.
