Recap:
"I watched him hurt you and I couldn't do anything I'm sorry he hurt you I'm so sorry" he started crying I didn't have a shirt on but I didn't care I turned and held his cheek I started tearing up too.
"It's not your fault okay I'm okay right now I'm okay so stop crying" I said. He stopped and sniffed and looked at me me and nodded. He leaned in and kissed me I kissed back. We both let go and smiled. He finally got me dressed and we went to the bed.
"Oh my god I think I'm in heaven" he said I laughed. He looked at me. "Goodnight gorgeous" he said I blushed. I turned my head towards him.
"Goodnight babe" he smiled he gave me a peck on the lips and we went back to bed not knowing tomorrow's outcome...

Now:
Your POV:
I woke up in Colbys bed I looked around and saw colby still sleeping I smiled sat up using one hand and got out of bed slowly. I walked over to see what time it was on Colbys phone it was around 10 am I was shocked I usually never sleep in this late it felt good for the first time in forever I saw colby toss and turn and open his eyes he jolted up and looked around and saw me and got calm again.
"Hey you okay?" I asked.
"I didn't see you when I woke up I got scared" he said.
"I'm right here it's okay" I said rubbing his shoulder. "I'll go grab you a drink okay?" I said he nodded he gave me a kiss I walked down the stairs slowly because I didn't wanna fall and hurt myself even more. I walked in the kitchen and Sam was in there. I smiled so did he.
"Good morning" Sam said.
"Good morning" I said back. I was thinking he was starting to warm up to me.
"How did colby and you sleep" he asked.
"I think he slept pretty good we haven't been in a comfortable bed for a while" I said.
"Yeah hospital beds are not the comfiest and being chained up isn't either" I stared in the fridge kinda shocked he even brought that up. "Shit sorry I didn't-" he started saying I turned towards him and smiled.
"It's okay" I said. "I should get back upstairs to give colby his water" he nodded and looked down.
Once I got back to the room I shut the door and looked at colby he was on the phone he looked stressed I walked over too him.
"No it's too soon for me and her we can't" he said. He was listening to the guy and then he finally said something. "Okay we will be there at 2" he hanged up the phone and sat down on the bed.
"Hey is everything okay?" I asked handing him his water.
"No y/n it's not I got a call from the police station saying we need to go in a identify them" I started freaking out and shook my head.
"I told them where they lived!" I said.
"I know but they need it to come from us imagine if they picked the wrong house." He said.
"I told them they were in the basement locked up I'm sure it wasn't the wrong house" I said.
"They can hurt us anymore okay we need to do this we are going together so we will be fine they will not come close to us" he said getting up giving me a light hug.
"Okay what time ?" I asked.
"2 so if we get dressed now we can go pick up your stuff and the probably go straight there okay?" I nodded.
Colby got dressed and I had no clothes so I just put on the same pants and then one of his shirts till I got my clothes.
We got in the car and drove to my house i started having anxiety about seeing my parents we pulled up to the house colby held my hand the whole time which calmed me a little bit. I knocked on my door.
My mom opened the door she looked confused.
"You're Alive" she gave me a hug I stared at colby confused.
"I'm just here to grab some stuff" I said walking in with colby.
"Who's this?" My dad said.
"This is colby he in there with me when I was kidnapped." I said.
"Pleasure to meet you sir and ma'am" he held out his hand but they both declined it.
"And why is he here?" He asked.
"Well we are together he's letting me stay with him" I said.
"Hm why don't you just stay here?" My mom asked.
"It's better like this mom" I said.
"Fine go" she said.
"What have you guys been up to?" I asked walking towards my room. They said nothing. I shook my head and walked into my room with colby and shut the door. I looked around my room looked a mess I laughed a little because they trashed it.
"Oh my god they trashed my room" I said.
"What were they looking for ?" Colby asked.
"Probably money I was saving up for my own place every penny I owned" I said.
"Do you think they found it?" He asked. I walked over to where I put it it was hidden under the floor board.
"Nope" I laughed and pulled the money out. I saved around 3 grand. "Parents never look under the floors" I smiled and so did he.  Colby help me get my clothes and other stuff once we did we left my parents didn't even say goodbye
I looked out the window. Colby looked over at me and placed his hand on my thigh.
"I'm sorry baby it will be okay once we get this done today hopefully we are done and we can move on." He said.
"How can we move on? I'm stuck with your friends hating me my family doesn't care about me what happens if you break up with me I don't have anyone" I said. Colby pulled over and grabbed my face so I was looking at him.
"Baby look at me I'm not breaking up with you my friends who gives a shit what they think I love them but if they can support that I wanna be with you then it doesn't matter and your done with your family okay I'm not going anywhere I wanna be with you." He said I smiled. He leaned over and gave me a long kiss. Once we let go I smiled and he did too.
"Okay I love you" I said.
"I love you more" he said.
"Impossible" I said. He smiled.
"Oh it's possible." He said.
We drove down to the police station and I was getting nervous I could tell colby was too. We held hands.
Once we walked in I saw them the people that kidnapped us. Colby didn't because he was talking to a officer. everything felt like it was in slow motion. The man looked over and saw me he winked. I started breathing heavily and a tear cane down my eye and I didn't notice until they went in a room.
I gulped and looked at Colby he grabbed my hand and they brought us into a room.
"Okay we are just going to ask a couple questions probably you guys already heard some of these but we just gotta ask again." We nodded we all sat down.
"Okay first question how were you kidnapped" he looked at me first. I told him everything and then colby answered not leaving anything out.
"Okay if any of these questions get to be too much we can take a break okay so what are some things they would do to you?" Colby decided to answer first he told them what they would make him do and then it was my turn to answer.
"Um well they beat me mostly the man he...he um... hurt me raped me" colby grabbed my hand. The detective nodded.  He asked a bunch of other questions.
"Okay so now is the sort where you need to identify them" colby nodded and I didn't after.
They took us to a room and it looked like a movie and there was a window blocking us from them I watched and waited. "Just tell me if it's them." He said. They both walk in and I started tearing up but I wiped it off. I breathed in and out.
"It's them" I said. Colby and the detective looked at me.
"It's them" colby said after me.
"Okay thank you take them away and to the nearest prison. We will send them out to rot in there." He said.
"Do we have to go to court?" Colby asked.
"Unfortunately yes but that won't be till a couple weeks from now you have to speak they will lose obviously but it's required okay? Thank you for your time and congrats on everything" he said colby shook his hand. Colby held my hand. I smiled I felt relieved for a moment. I just couldn't wait till this court date so it would all over with.

At home:
Colby opened a little closet space so I could put som of my things in there I thanked him me and him went down stairs colby Sam and Jake were chilling in the kitchen. We walked in they said hi.
"Hey y/n we wanted to apologize for how we've been treating you what I said this morning was out of line and I didn't mean it were sorry we just didn't want something to happen to Colby if you guys didn't work out. But we should be supportive" Sam said I smiled.
"It's okay guys" they tried to give me a hug. "Ow guyssss" they let go and laughed.
"Our bad" Jake said. I smiled again.
"So should we order a pizza?" Corey said.
"Hell yes!" Colby said. "Bring out the white claws!" I nodded. Everyone laughed it was one of the best nights I've had in a long time.
