Rough Night

I punch, punch, punch, into the heavy punching bag. I punch up, I punch down, then left and right and in all direction possible. I was so frustrated that I didn't even realise that I didn't put on my gloves and went on punching the bag with my bare hands. I see my knuckles turning red and skin peeling of due to no protection. I had no patience to even put on the gloves and also didn't care about my hand but went on punching it again.

They say it's better to cry and pour down all your feelings as it helps in reducing the stress you are going through. But I don't cry, I fight. So here I was in the empty gym at 10 in the night, with no one in the gym I used this opportunity to be myself and put out all my feelings into the bag. For a second I feel pity for that bag which took all my pain and stress and made me calm.

By the time I was sweating from top to bottom and had no more energy left to punch, also my hands gave up too which was bruised completely. I didn't knew how to explain about my bruises to my mum who was now worried sick and had already given me a ton of missed calls which I never noticed as I was lost in my thoughts.

I quickly change and stuff all my belongings into my duffle bag and put on my earplugs and turned off the lights and locked up the door and thanked the guard to let me in. He was in his 60's whom I have known from years now and was also sweet enough to lend me the keys at this hour. As I walked out of the gym I see that the sky which was clear earlier was now invaded by dark clouds. I fetch my keys in my pocket while on the other hand I turned on my phone. Here I go I was spammed from my mum and my over protective brother with calls and texts. I quickly reply to my brother before he decides to fume up in rage and start hunting me down. As I reply him that I'm on my way and not to worry. I check out the time it's already 12. Shit I'm totally screwed tonight. Without delaying anymore I dump my phone in my bag and put on the riding gloves and helmet and turn on the engine of my bike and drove off with all the speed by beast got.

As I drove, few drops of water started to drip from the clouds. I was just 20 minutes away from my house so I wasn't that alarmed even if it pored heavily. Just like that the clouds started to squeeze itself completely untill it vanished. Since I was already late to home I didn't want to stop by and take shelter. I had once experienced driving in the rain. So without the second thought I raised my accelerator and drove straight ahead. It was hard to drive since I couldn't see properly, now I just had to pass the upcoming junction and turn right to find my destination.
