For Crystal's appearance she has long white hair reaching her thighs, and she has very light Blue (almost white) colored eyes, she has light dark skin and a curvy body type, when she gets really angry her hair glows white and her eyes turn all white with icy smoke coming out of them.
She has a pet wolf that can shrink to the size of a kitten, her name is Aurora
Crystal's Powers is basically liquid and ice manipulation, notice I didn't say water, it's because if it has just a little bit amount of water in it than she can control it, for example wine, juice, etc but her overall powers are that she can create, shape and manipulate ice, and liquid. She can freeze liquid into a solid state that appears naturally in forms of snow or ice like snow, slush, hail, icicles, ice spikes, glaciers, frost, etc.
She can turn areas around her cold and drop the temperature drastically, she also has cryo-telekinesis where she can basically use ice or liquid to push, move, lift, or or otherwise manipulate matter in general, this includes being able to use ice or liquid as a medium to enable flight.
When Crystal is angry her powers are a bit different and more powerful, she has the ability to ultimately freeze anything, that includes fire, lava, etc.
She can't control this cause she's angry and the whole area around her in a 10 mile radius turns to ice, the temperature also drops to absolute zero.
