i woke up.
trembling and sweating, ive never dreamt of something so real.
"kairi are you okay?" was the first thing i heard.
i turn over to y/n, she looks so scared and had looked like she'd been crying.
"kairi you were shaking and like scratching your skin, maiya called me because she was to scared to wake you up." y/n says, i look to my arms.
scratched all up, even looked like there had been blood.
i sat up, still not saying anything.
"come on kairi you can't ignore me for forever. you're going to have to talk to me whether you like it or not."
"i'm sorry." was all that came out.
she looked at me, "kairi don't be, i don't care if you're never going to like to me— but i'm not going to lose communication like i did with my old best friend."
