you met yoongi at a party, neither one of you wanting to be there you found that connection together. you had little to nothing in common with each other but yet you like one another. fic word count; 3,652

"you going to that party tonight?" your big brother looks at you as he puts the car in drive. you couldn't wait till you got your drivers license and car because conversations at seven in the morning was not it.
"eh, no. i don't think so." you shrug.
sung-hoon shakes his head a bit, but nods anyways. "you know, once i graduate this year you'll have no one around." he stops at a red light and looks at you.
"okay? that just means i'll have a extra bed i can sleep in."
the older laughs, not surprised at all with your response. "i'm saying, you're gonna have to make friends..you know?"
"i don't need friends hyung. they're not really essential."
"they are." you watch as the corner of his mouth twitches, "they will be, when i'm gone."
"you're not my friend."
"i'm your big brother." sung-hoon argues back, "your hyung."
"okay." you roll your eyes, not wanting to go back and forth. "i'll go to the party, but i won't have fun."
sunghoon pulls into the school and quickly takes a parking spot close to the front door, where teenagers were crowding the steps. "yes you will." he leans back to grab his backpack from behind the seat. "just think of it as your last fun time with me, okay?"
your lip falls in between your teeth, making you nibble on it from nervousness. just thinking on going to the party and having to socialize made you anxious, "okay."
after talking a bit more the loud bell outside the school had rung — making all the obnoxious people outside flee to their classes. you and sung-hoon had separated as soon as he seen his girlfriend, he went to her and you made your way to your first class.
unfortunately you'd actually have to go in there and learn something. you quickly got in the door as soon as the teacher was about to close it, going to the back of the classroom and sitting in your seat.
