Chapter 2

Hana woke up early today than any other day.She felt a loud grumble in her stomach as she didnt ate anything at all yesterday.All she had was a pickpocketed left-over chocolate bar inside her jacket.She open it and bitted only ¼ of it cuz she had to save up for the afternoon and dinner.She gazed down the streets and she saw that all the HBF patients were stucked up on certain places.

Hana's POV
"So this is what theyre talking about.The schizoid episodes of the HBF patients." I looked everywhere to find a near grocery store but there was none.There was only fast food chains inches away from the apartment.If i ran out for tomorrow i had to plan this thing first so i think ill skip one day without eating and observe them in the first two days.I sighed as i sat down at the edge of the rooftop.I looked up at the sun while its slowly rising up above."Weird.The world keeps on living even if the humans are gonna be dying for the next few days to come."

She took down notes on the HBF patients on their daily routine and how they would react to a moving object while theyre on a schizoid episode.

-They would not react onto a moving object not unless it touches them and it maded a single sound.Breathing is included.

-When no one has been around they will start a schizoid episode or sometimes they just instantly enters the episode of schizoid.Its a process of sleeping for them but after this theyll become more active than ever.Its very dangerous.

-In my theory, i think it's impossible for a schizoid HBF patient to die by itself because of hunger as their brains are still hyperactived that it "can" surpass its own hunger or probably just forget about it for a few moments.

-Their sense of hearing ability is off the chart.One wrong move and youll get noticed.Their sense of smell,seeing and sense of taste is still unknown.

-Epileptic HBF patients are often distiguished by their eyes.If the eyes is jerking all around or at least one of its body part coudnt stop itself from moving endlessly it means its epileptic and they are easy to outrun.

-HBF patients can be distinguished by the color of their iris.The HBF patients had a red iris.

Finally it was day three.Hana was really hungry and she experienced a bit of a stomache.She prepared everything she had.Luckily she left her bluetooth speaker on the rooftop of the building because when shes in her solitude she likes to be loud but when at home shes often silent and now shes going to need both if all else fails.

She set the timer 10 minutes for her cellphone and headed downstairs carrying her bluetooth speaker.Removing the barricade to the main entrance of the building she was carefully not making any noise as possible.She prepared to take a deep breath and she covered her mouth with a piece of cloth in case she accidentally screams and covered her nose with her hand.

She first placed her bluetooth speaker further away from the opposite direction of her hideout and the fast food restaurant.She placed it near an open space where the sun can shine onto it because her bluetooth speaker has a was solar powered and its bluetooth connection distance limitation was 200 meters.Then afterwards she tip toed all the way to the nearest fast food restaurant called "A delisyoso raison de etre".The name might sound like a cuisine restaurant but instead it sells fast food,pre heated food deliveries straight from mexico.

Hana's POV
"Ive once went here and i must say,the food wasnt that bad at all.Ill take all of the goods that i can carry as possible."Entering inside i saw dead bodies laying on the floor with their guts all around.One of the dead bodies had a travellers backpack so i decided to take it with me.I went into the staff's room and grabbed every available pre cooked food in containers that i can snuck into the backpack.I had to be really,really,really carefull since 9 steps beside me was a HBF patient standing while still in a schizoid episode.
