"Ya um." Colleen sighed. "I got a letter from Barrak Obama-"
"COLLEEN!"
Colleen slumped her shoulders. Joshua put his hands behind his head pacing slowly around the kitchen.
"What did he say?!" Joshua yelled.
"Joshua stop yelling!"
"I said, what. did. he. say!"
"He asked me to come to the White House a week from now to discuss me becoming-"
"I don't want to hear it!"
"Josh-"
"Colleen, Miranda is going on tour a week and a half from now! Don't you understand?"
"I do, Joshua, but this is the PRESIDENT!"
"So what? Let all your Mirfandas waste their money and have their hopes crushed? Hm?" He was right.
"But what choice do I have? What do i do, hm?"
"Well..."
"Exactly." Colleen has had enough.
"Maybe you could move the date of your tour?" Silence took place for a minute.
"That's not a bad idea, Josh." She put her hand to her chin. But let it drop.
"Joshua." Colleens palms are getting sweaty.
"Hm?"
"You know what's gonna happen if I.... do become..... president?"
Joshua's face showed confusion but then fear. "Oh gosh, Colleen, what?"
"Permanent Miranda." Not even letting Joshua react, she ran to her room, locking the door. She could hear Joshua's rage.
