Malia POV

By the time I got home I was exhausted but when I saw John B standing over a fire all my problems weren't important 'Hey, what are you doing' I asked confused 'its time to move on Marley' he answered staring at the flames.

'what? No!' I said pushing him hard in the chest 'he's been gone Malia for 9 months, face it he's dead!' he shouted at me angrily and I flinched at his tone. He noticed my fear and I watched as his features softened 'So what your just going to give up after one dead end? Wow John B what happened to you?' I asked sadly as I walked into my room and slid down my wall, tears falling down my cheeks.

Only moments later John B ran into my room 'get in the van' he said and I went to protest but he cut me off 'just get in, I've got something' and thats all I needed as I ran outside and got into the van. we picked up pope and JJ which may I add was extremely awkward, and when Pope went to get Kiara he came out by himself 'she said she's not coming'.

I looked at John B 'what did you do to her' JJ asked and John B went to get out but I stopped him 'sit. let me do it' I said but he once again cut me off 'no Marley you don't know what happened' and I laughed cus I heard him muttering to himself and him and Kie's little moment, so I got out saying 'actually I do' and walked into the wreck.

'Hey MB' Kiaras dad called out and I was happy to see Kiara's parents were starting to warm up to me 'hey, ill be down again later for my shift' I said and he saluted at me with a smile. 'hey Kiki, so imma cut to the chase I know you and John B kissed and that must be hella awkward but we need you, I really need my best friend' I said looking at her as the shock from me knowing about the kiss left her face 'um how the hell do you know about that, did John B tell you?' she asked 'no I heard him talking to himself about it and I am rather offended you didnt tell me' I said as I laughed.

'yeah I'm sorry I would have told you but he's your brother and I thought that would be a bit weird' she rambled but I stopped her 'its okay but from now on I expect full details for any other kisses, but please we need you.' I felt very hypocritical about complaining that she didn't tell me about the kiss, but I wanted to keep mine and Pope's relationship on the down low. I pulled her out before she could say anything more.

We arrived at the graveyard and I suddenly knew why I recognised the name Redfield as we arrived at my great great grandmothers grave. 'help me with the door' John B said as the boys tried to push the stone out of the way but It didnt move at all. But instead a snake came out of a small hole in the wall, Kie screamed which made me drop my flashlight, when I picked it up the snake was on it.

I watched everyone panick as I simply picked it up and dropped it on the floor. 'Marley what the fuck' Pope said as I remained calm, I laughed until JJ started barking at the bushes. I hit him in the chest 'JJ shut up' everyone yelled and he replied innocently 'they're afraid of dogs everyone knows that' and I rolled my eyes.

As they all argued about not being able to get in I noticed a hole that I could fit through 'I can get in' I said and they all turned to me and I pointed at the hole 'no way you're not going in' John B said and I looked at him. 'This is for our dad Johnny and we need to know' I said but JJ butted in 'theres no way you could fit in there'. I looked at him with a raised eyebrow 'are you calling me fat?' I asked kind of sarcastically 'what -I uh - no - I just-uh- nevermind' I smirked at his response and everyone chuckled at his baffled expression.

'help me get in then' I said as the boys moved the branches and kie gave me a boost into the hole 'can I have some light' I asked as they threw in my flashlight as I looked around 'you all good in there' I recognised JJ's voice 'so far' I replied looking around until I found something 'oh my god' I said smiling.
