Cuddle your birb and have a better day because this isn't the end. Time doesn't stop if your having a bad time. Neither does the world stop turning. The wounds life has inflicted on your soul heal when you move on. The scars make you stronger. Embrace your scars. They give you beauty and strength that you'll never acquire by running from life and hiding from getting wounded.
Love yourself for who you are. I promise things get better. You just have to give it time.
