She never realized that labor pain is real. She really thought that she will never shed a tear from pain. It is not that she's underestimating the hardship that new mother is experiencing but she know herself too well and she has high tolerance for pain. But today is an exception. This is the worst pain she ever felt her entire life.She cannot even describe the pain she's feeling.Pain is understatement for what she's feeling right now and she wants it over.
She's in the labor room right now, she's currently at 4cm and they told her to monitor her contractions and if it continues they will send her immediately to delivery room. Her husband went home to get their baby bag as he took only one in panic when she cries for pain. She tried to peek outside her room to see whats happening outside as she continuously hearing shouts and loud cry. She's about to go back to her bed when she saw someone being pushed on a trolley with unbearable pain. With that sight, she suddenly felt strong contraction and water dripping in between her legs.
The next thing she know, she's inside the delivery room already. Her Doctor were giving her instructions but she cannot comprehend anymore. "Where is my husband?! I want my husband please! I cannot do it alone! Can somebody call my husband please!" Bakit ngayon pa sya wala? At bakit ngayon pa pinili ng kambal na lumabas. "We called him already he'll be here in 5 minutes.Anna, you're now fully dilated when you feel a strong contraction I want you to push really hard okay? I want you to save your energy, rest and push only when there is a strong contraction." sabi ng Doctor nya. Sasagot pa sana sya ng marinig nya ang impit na sigaw sa katabing kama na natatakpan lang ng kurtina. "I thought I'll be delivering alone here." tanong nya sa katabing Nurse. "We're really sorry Ma'am, emergency po kasi, she's suppose to deliver po sa katabing hospital kaya lang po sobrang traffic at pumutok na po yung panubigan nya kaya dito na po sya dinala at ito na lang po ang bakanteng kama dahil ang dami dami po nanganganak ngayong araw na 'to.Sya siguro yung nakita nya kanina at nagpasakit sa tyan nya. Sasagot pa sana sya ng marinig nya ang iyak ng bagong silang na sanggol. That cry is a music to her ears. And with that, naramdaman nya ang matinding sakit sa kanyang tiyan at likod.

She cannot explain the joy that she's feeling right now while holding her twins. They were crying when they came out but now they are lying quietly on her chest.Catalea is already opening her eyes.She is now pointing her hand to the curtain next to them where we can hear the nonstop cry of another newborn. Its as if on cue the nurse open the curtain and we saw that the baby boy suddenly stop crying and now smiling back to Catalea.
