Chapter 10: Marinette

(You're POV)
I wake up to see Nathaniel warm and comfortable in his bag. I head downstairs to grab a glass of water, I'm the first one awake? Doesn't matter. It's a beautiful day!

I get some ice from the fridge as Hamza fly's out of my pocket.

"Catching feelings Y/N?"
"Shut up Hamza" I say as I tickle him using my index finger.

I check the time, 7:02 I better wake up Nathaniel. I drink my glass and head back upstairs to my room, I shake Nathaniel.

"Wake up Nathaniel"
"Tomatooo"

His eyes open a little bit, he yawns and looks at me with an annoyed look.

Nathaniel: Why??
Y/N: We have to get ready for school.

He rolls around the floor and groans. He stands up walking around like a drunk person. Wobbling around, we head downstairs and see Mom cooking breakfast. You don't see that very often.

Y/N: Hi Mom! Watcha cooking?
Mom: Pancakes!
Y/N: Mmm~
Mom: You must be Nathaniel, Hello Nathaniel!
Nathaniel: Hi Mrs. L/N...
Mom: Don't be shy, here you can have some pancakes too.
Nathaniel: Thank you Mrs. L/N!
Mom: My pleasure treasure!

We eat our breakfast and wave goodbye to Mom, "Hi Jonathan!" I say. Jonathan waves and we drive off.

We get out of the car and into school, First class: Science with Ms. Mendeleiev, Oh gosh.. Nathaniel and I walk to class, I sit by the usual and Nathaniel at the back. Adrien walks in and sits right next to me, awkwardness strikes again.

The class starts, Ms. Mendeleiev was talking about the atmosphere blah blah blah. I was staring at my desk until..

"NATHANIEL"

Wait what?

Ms. Mendeleiev: What are you drawing!?
Nathaniel: Wha-wha?
Ms. Mendeleiev: And these artistic endeavors are clearly why you are failing science.
Nathaniel: I-I'm Sorry...
Ms. Mendeleiev: You go march yourself down to the principals office and show him that chicken scratch! Then you'll be really sorry.

I wanted to defend Nathaniel, protect him, but I couldn't... As Nathaniel walks to the door he falls down by Marinette's bag causing for everyone to see his sketch.

Chloé: Ooh! Looks Sabrina! It's him as a superhero and look who's he saving, it's Marinette! He's so totally crushing on you Marinette!
Nathaniel: Give me that!
Ms. Mendeleiev: ENOUGH! Nathaniel go!

Nathaniel walks out with his head down.. I feel really bad. I do trust me..

Ms. Mendeleiev: The next particle physics group is Nino, Adrien, Alya and Y/N.

Wait physics? I thought this was science. I head Marinette whisper to Alya, "So lucky!" Wow. She's got some energy there.

Ms. Mendeleiev: And then Sabrina, Chloé and Marinette.
Alya: So unlucky.. she whispers to Marinette as she pats her back.
Chloé: Uhh Miss! Can't you add HER to another group? Sabrina and I work much better on our own.
Ms. Mendeleiev: This is a group project not a not PAIRS, deal with it.
Chloé: I hate dealing with it.

The bell rings and we all exit the classroom, except for me. I went out last, so I was able to hear the whispers of Alya and Marinette.

Marinette: You wouldn't be willing to trade groups would you?
Alya: And deal with that twosome of terror? Sorry, But I promise to talk all about you in between the particles in physics!
Marinette: YOU'RE THE BEST!

She hugs Alya and both of them fall down. Soo Marinette has a crush on Adrien.. I can help.

As soon as all of the class left I went to look for Marinette I spotted her in the library.

Y/N: HEY MARINETTE!
Librarian: Shhhh! This is a library!
Y/N: Sorry! Marinette..!
Marinette: Hmm?

She finally turns around and I wave. I come up to her panting and out of breath.

Marinette's eyes wide open as she saw me wave, she waves back but nervously and with a weird huge smile.

Y/N: Hi Marinette!
Marinette: Oh umm- a- I mean hey watcha going? I mean where watcha- Oh for god sake.
Y/N: It's ok! I smile.

She turns around and whispers under her breathe but I was still able to hear what she was saying.

Marinette: Stay chill Marinette.. But how!? The famous model Y/N is talking to YOU!
Y/N: Umm sorry to interrupt but you know that I can still hear you right?
Marinette: Oh yeah umm sorry!
Y/N: So I overheard you're little conversation with Alya, so you like Adrien huh..? I smirk.
Marinette: Wait whattt! Noooo! Not at all. I mean like ye- NO! Wait why are you asking me this? Do you like him too? Are you gonna threat me? Nonono I don't like Adrien please don't kill me Y/N!

Y/N: Relax! I don't and I'm just here to help you!
Marinette: Help me with what?
Y/N: Help you to have a stable conversation with Adrien!
Marinette: Oh my gosh! Really? Thank you thank you!
Y/N: Of course! But right after school we can hangout at my place.
Marinette: Oh my gosh of course!

I wave goodbye to Marinette and head back to where Alya, Nino and Adrien were sitting.

(Marinette's POV)
Ok, don't freak out... Y/N! THE FAMOUS Y/N! JUST INVITED ME OVER AT HER PLACE AFTER SCHOOL! OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH

Tikki: Marinette? Hello!? Is ladybug still there?
Marinette: Oh sorry Tikki! It's just you know that Y/N just—
Tikki: I heard every single little detail.
Marinette: Oh my gosh I think I'm gonna explode.
Tikki: I doubt that Marinette now go and start on the project!
Marinette: You're right! I'm sorry.

(You're POV)
I sit down next to Alya since she's the only one I know.

Adrien: So Umm..
Nino: Can't believe we're working with Y/N dude!
Alya: Umm Y/N! Can I interview you for my blog? Please!
Y/N: Uhh yeah sure!

Alya stood up and signed to come and follow her, we left the boys alone and we went to a nearby corner. Alya then pulled out her phone and started recording.

Alya: Hello everybody! It's you're girl Alya back with another video! I don't have ladybug here or cat noir but we just found out that the famous Y/N L/N is studying at MY school!
Y/N: Umm Hi!

Alya interviewed me.. questions.. my life.. my LOVE life.. money.. school.. where I was from.. business... students.. friends.. Nathaniel..
until we suddenly heard a huge hairdryer..

Alya: Looks like there's some stuff happening! I'll be posting it on the other video! Bye peeps!

Alya runs away in the other direction, I go behind one of the stack of books.. Hamza comes flying out of my sweater.

"You ready Y/N?"
"Ready"

"Hamza! The moon has risen!"
