Chapter 14: New Student

(Your POV)
I wake up from my peaceful sleep to my annoying alarm clock. I get out of bed and change into some clothes, once again, wasn't in the mood for a shower.

As I walk downstairs I hear..crying..? I see Josh watching Titanic. Hehe my time has come.

I tiptoe as quietly as I can to Josh, and sign to mom to not speak a single word. She nodded, 3...2....1...GO!

BOO!

"AHHHH!"
"Relax it's just me, gay much?" I say laughing.
"Haha very funny Y/N."

I now and head to mom cooking some delicious omelettes.

"Good morning mom!"
"Good morning sweetie, nice job."

We high-five and mom hands me a plate. And before I knew it, it was all gone before a second.

"Wow your a quick eater." I hear Josh say.
"Shut up."

I hit his arm and ran to the door to be avoided by Josh repeating what I did.

"OW!"

He runs to me and I, being the smart kid in this house has already come up of a plan.

As he was about to hit me, I shut the door in his face. I go to the window and salute mom, while I stick my tongue out at Josh.

I run up to the car and wave to Jonathan, I get inside and quickly lock it.

As we drove off I hear Josh say:

"I WILL GET YOU BACK Y/N!"

I giggle.

"What's with Josh today? In a bad mood?" Jonathan asks jokingly.
"Yeah probably because 'I would never do something like that!'" I giggle.

We were talking about Josh, how funny and mad he was this morning. Which I found really fun.

I arrive at the huge school and wave goodbye to my driver Jonathan.

I take a moment outside..

Breathe in, breathe out

I think to myself like it's the first day of school again. I head inside in a great mood only to be greeted by students chattering, whispering and mostly gossiping.

"Did you hear! There's a new student coming today..!" I hear one of the students say.

New student? Why is that such a big of a deal? Guess this is what school is about.. but I hope she's nice! Well if it's really a SHE.

I walk to Nathaniel who was sitting at a little bench beside the stairs. I sit next to him and wave, but it seemed to startle him.

"Good morning Nathaniel!"
"AHH!"

I shot him a confused look, Nathaniel Nathaniel..

"Oh I'm sorry Y/N. I didn't s-see yo-u there.."
"It's ok!' I respond.

He nods at me and smiles, causing me to do the same.

"Hey did you hear? There's a new student." I ask him.
"Really? Is it just a rumor or..?" He asks me.
"I'm not sure, I heard one of the students say it tho."
"Well let's not worry about that, come on let's walk to class!" Nathaniel suggested.

I nod and we both stand up and head to class, we sit in our usuals. Nathaniel at the back while I sit at the front with Rich boi.

I see Rich boi walk in and I wave, what? I wanted to be friends.

(Adrien's POV)
"Goooood morning Adrien!"

"AH!"

"Plagg, really?"
"Sorry, I couldn't help it!"
"Shut up."
"Someone's in a bad mood.. Maybe I should call Y/N?" Plagg says smirking with my phone.
"PLAGG! Stop! Plus, I don't even think of her that way."
"Yeah Yeah, keep saying that to yourself."

I roll my eyes and head to my bathroom, slamming the door.. Finally. Alone. I decided to take a shower for no reason, then brushed my teeth. Gargled some mouth wash, then again, then again, then again.. What? You never know, I might kiss Y/N today.

I touch the doorknob and breathe in until I meet Plagg again. At last, I opened it. I don't see Plagg anywhere, but I see the TV on..? I head over to my couch and there he is, with his smelly Camembert.

"Ew.. How many weeks has that been in my bag?"
"Approximately 3 weeks, just perfect." He responded.

I cover my nose and grab Plagg and his, whatsoever.. I salute gorilla and before I knew it, I was dropped off at school. I head inside and only to be greeted with my friends.

"My dude!"
"Good morning to you too Nino."
"Morning Adrien."
"Good morning Alya."
"G-g-goo-d ev—
"Good MORNING to you Marinette."
"Hey dude, did you hear? There's a new dude coming!!"
"I'm sorry what?"
"Yeah Nino's right, there's rumors going on that there's a new student coming." Alya says.
"That's.. Ok I guess." I respond, I didn't want to sound rude.
"Well I have to head to class. Bye!" I add.

As I run off I see my friends wave at me, well, Alya and Nino did. As for Marinette.. Uh.. She's smiling awkwardly.

I head to class and see Y/N wave at me. I didn't want to seem rude so I waved back, but my wave was different.. It was a like a robot waving. Why? I.. I don't know.. My legs are shaking, my palms are sweaty, and I think my heart just skipped a beat.

I seat next to her and I try to make a conversation.

"Good morning Y/N, you look beau— I mean you look good today.."
"Oh, umm thanks. You don't look so bad yourself either." .

Was that a compliment? Yeah I think it's considered one. All of a sudden Ms. a Bustier comes in,

"Good morning class, today we have an exchange student. This is Lawrence, he's from Iceland and just moved in. Please be nice, and.. How about Y/N, would up please raise your hand so Lawrence can sit next to you. And Adrien, please sit next to Nathaniel for now!"

Y/N raises her hand like any other normal human being would, but I think I'm NOT a normal human being. If I were her I would go and say: "Miss, I'm sorry I can't I just wanna stay and sit here with ADRIEN." I mean like, this guy is so attractive! How can any girl not fall in love with him? I just hope that Y/N has good taste...

I go ahead and sit next to Nathaniel gritting my teeth, I look over to the two and see Lawrence kiss her hand?!?! Oh my.. IM GONNA KILL THIS DUDE ON HIS FIRST DAY HERE!

I look over to Nathaniel and see him smiling at them.. Like, you serious right now?

I look back over at them and I'm trying to hold my anger in, I form my hand into a fist and I'm guessing Nathaniel saw it.

"Hey um, Adrien you good?"
"Yeah yeah.. I'm fine thanks."

Suddenly he writes something on a piece of paper and hands it over to me.

"Come to the park after school, meet me at the fountain."
